An unknown person called seven police departments and reported that activists Nikita Zaitsev, Konstantin Kotov and administrator of the telegram channel “Protest MGU” Dmitry Ivanov threw bottles at the police during one of the last protests on Trubnaya. Zaitsev told OVD-Info about this.

According to him, on August 2 he spoke with a local police officer at the police stronghold in Novogireevo. The district police officer gave him a warning against participating in the action on August 3, and in addition, said that someone called seven police stations and reported that Zaitsev, Kotov and Ivanov allegedly committed illegal actions.

“It’s interesting when exactly we could throw something at someone in such a company: on the 15th–19th, when calm meetings were taking place, or on the 27th, when Zaitsev was in the police department and Kotov was in a special detention center...”, commented words from district police officer Ivanov.

• On August 3, another uncoordinated action in support of unregistered independent candidates for deputies of the Moscow City Duma is scheduled to take place in Moscow.
• On July 24, Konstantin Kotov was arrested for 10 days.
