The number of deceived equity holders exceeded 2000 in the Novosibirsk region

The official number of deceived equity holders in the Novosibirsk region exceeded 2 thousand people. Hundreds of people who still have not received an apartment did not get on the list.

According to July 2019, 2034 people got into the official register of deceived equity holders of the region, the documents of the Novosibirsk Ministry of Construction said. Earlier, 1938 victims were reported .

The last to the register added equity holders of several objects of the PTK-30 group of companies. The bankruptcy procedure was introduced in three PTK-30 companies.

The total number of equity holders of the group of companies is estimated at 4 thousand people. Investors conducted several pickets to attract attention to the problem. In addition, in 2019, the bankruptcy procedure was introduced into LLC “Available Housing Novosibirsk”, which is building the Novomarusino microdistrict - here the housing did not receive about 700 families.

According to the regional prosecutor's office, in the region there are 58 problem objects, whose equity holders are included in the official register. In 2019, it was possible to complete three houses, where there were 450 victims, the department said.

In 2018, the regional parliament approved the law on the provision of land for large -scale investment projects without bidding, for which the developer is obliged to provide up to 2.5% of the housing for the resettlement of the victims with the introduction of a problem house or 6 % for the victims in the event of bankruptcy of the developer (with the transfer of the rights of claims for not rented apartments in court). Investors can provide apartments both in the houses built on the "preferential" site and in others. The law was adopted, on the one hand, to solve the problem of deceived equity holders and those investors whose legal status is difficult to establish, on the other hand, to support the developers themselves.
