The dollar exchange rate for the first time since June exceeded the mark of 65 rubles, follows from the data of the Moscow Exchange. It grew into 67 cents. It increased by 82 kopecks and the euro course: at 12 hours Moscow time it amounted to 72.15 rubles.

After this announcement, according to the data at 21:35 Moscow time, the price of oil decreased by 6.89% to $ 60.57 per barrel. WTI oil was cheaper by 7.49% - up to $ 54.19.
- After the news on new sanctions against Russia, the decree was signed by the US President (read about this here ), the Mosbirzhi and RTS indices lost 1.2-2%in a minute.
