The participant of the action on July 27 in Moscow, Libertarian Andrei Zaburdyaev, who was beaten by the employees of the Russian Guard, filed an application with the Investigative Committee with the request to institute criminal proceedings under the article on exceeding official powers with the causing consequences. He spoke about this by the OVD-Info.

According to Zaburdyaev, on July 27, at about six in the evening he was at the intersection of Kamergersky Lane and Tverskaya Street. The Russian Guard established a barrier barrier, because of which a crush began, during which the employees of the Russian Guard beat the participants of the action with batons. Zaberdyava hit the head, from which his blood flowed, the man called an ambulance. In the certificate that the activist received after the examination, the diagnosis is indicated - bruises of soft tissues, hematomas, hemorrhages of the head, swelling of the elbow joints.

• On July 27, an action was held in Moscow for admission of opposition candidates for the Moscow City Duma. According to the ATS-INFO, on this day the police detained at least 1373 people-this is a record over the past seven years. Law enforcement officers applied force to the participants of the action.
