Putin asked the residents about their rest and talked about the restoration of destroyed houses and the construction of new ones. He added that the second wave of the flood could prevent the housing on time, but promised that "in any case everything would be built."

According to the aircraft protection, the work on extinguishing in the Krasnoyarsk Territory 69 fires on an area passed by fire, 46.8 thousand hectares continue. However, the main part of the fires is located in Evenkia, in the so -called control zone, where it was decided not to extinguish the foci. According to regional officials, 80 centers with an area of 844 thousand hectares are burning "in extremely distant and inaccessible territories, where there are practically no settlements and valuable forests."
