The car of the human rights activist Pavel Glushchenko was defeated in Usolye-Sibirsky. This happened almost immediately after the transfer of the indictment to the court in relation to the investigator, who could falsify evidence in the case of the torture of the activist's wife.

Unknowns defeated the windshield of a member of the Public Supervisory Commission (PMC) of the Irkutsk region Pavel Glushchenko. He published a photograph on social networks.

Not earlier than later, ”Glushchenko wrote on his Facebook page. - Given the statements of the leadership of the ATS on the control of crime, it is simply impossible to draw other conclusions. I hope the investigation will deal with these “wonderful coincidences”. ”

Glushchenko and his wife Marina Ruzaeva have already submitted an application to the police. Human rights activists believe that the threat is associated with the transfer of the criminal case of the Usol investigator SK Rf Sergey Lysykh to the court.

In January 2016, many children Marina Ruzaeva were taken to the police department as a witness in the case of the murder of a neighbor. She was told that she could see the suspect, as she was at home during the day. In the office No. 321 of the city department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, she was handcuffed to the bench, and put on her head a package, demanding that she “tell everything”. The police began to beat her with a stamp, beat her with their feet and hands.

SK opened the case under Part 3 of Art. 286 of the Criminal Code (abuse of powers) only in a month. For three years, production has been repeatedly stopped. Suspecting operatives Alexander Korbut and Stanislav Golchenko are still working in the police, Major Denis Samoilov “with honors” retired. Police Colonel Denis Klimyuk, who, as follows from the case file, threw a bench with traces of Ruzaeva torture, headed the criminal investigation of Usolya-Sibirsky.

According to Glushchenko, the case under Art. 286 of the Criminal Code resumed again.
