FSIN revealed violations in the "Cross-2"

The audit that was carried out in the Crosses-2 after a message about torture and video with beating in one of the cameras revealed violations in the pre-trial detention center. It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the deputy head of the FSIN Valery Maksimenko.

According to Maksimenko, video surveillance was turned off in the isolator, people were transferred to cameras, without making records in the magazine, and planted those who were not informed, which is a violation of the rules. Maksimenko suggested that this was done for “re -education” when the “uncomfortable” prisoner was “planted to the thugs”.

According to the deputy head of the FSIN, in the “Cross-2” violations were explained by an insufficient number of employees.

The reason for the check was the video published on the Gulagu.net website. It was reported that in the Kresta-2 pre-trial detention center there are “press khats”, where prisoners are trying. According to Maksimenko, torture for knocking out the testimony in the pre -trial detention center has not yet been proven.
