The court ordered the arrest of an employee of an office adjacent to FBK

The Simonovsky District Court of Moscow appointed Ivan Ulyanov, an employee of an office adjacent to the FBK, to 8 days of arrest. He was detained for trying to film a search at the FBK on August 8. It is reported by Mediazona.

Ulyanov was arrested under the article on disobedience to the police (part 1 of article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) because he filmed the actions of the security forces during a search on August 8 at the FBK office. Then, as part of the case of mass money laundering (Article 174 of the Criminal Code), the police conducted searches, first in the apartments of FBK employees, and then in the office of the organization.

The hearing in the Ulyanov case took place on 9 August. His lawyer Christina Kolesnik intends to appeal the court's decision. In addition, she added that during the detention, her client was injured. In a video posted on the channel of Navalny's headquarters, several law enforcement officers run up to Ulyanov, who is standing still, and knock him to the floor, after which they fasten the handcuffs behind his back.

UPD 18:40 According to Mediazona, Ulyanov went out into the corridor to talk on the phone with his father. He didn't try to film the search of the FBK office.
