The Senator of the Federation Council Committee on International Affairs Andrei Klimov published a note in his blog "incitement", in which he discusses the role of the United States in Moscow protests. In particular, Klimov wrote about the publication of the US Consulate General, in which foreign senators called on the Americans not to enter the agreed action, as it may end with detentions. Klimov said that, according to the experts of his committee, the “plot line of this kind” is developed in the State Department and the US intelligence services. He compared messages to the opposition media with a call in Spain in 1936 to the beginning of a pro -fascist rebellion.

At the end of the post, Klimov argues about "the behavior of persons with dual citizenship at Russian political events." In particular, he mentions the rapper Oximiron, saying that he "used his own popularity in increasing the mass of protest promotions on Sakharov Square."

Thus, the rapper Oximiron (Oxxxymiron), noticed at the protest rally on August 10, was Miron Fedorov, and spent most of his 34-year life in Western Europe (mainly in the UK). Now he “suddenly” decided to compete for the rights of candidates to the Moscow City Duma and to use his own popularity in increasing the mass of protest actions on Sakharov Square. ”

Raper Oximiron entered the rally for honest elections on August 10 in support of the detainee in the case of "riots" Yegor Zhukov.

In total, 50 thousand people came to the action. Despite the fact that the event was agreed, after its completion, people still began to be detained. In parallel in St. Petersburg, almost 80 people were detained , which became solidarity with Moscow protests.
