Moscow courts evaluate the actions of the participants in rallies and the police dispersed

The beginning of the week, like all the previous days after July 27, turned out to be “productive” for arrests both in criminal and administrative articles, were judged by Muscovites who advocated the admission of independent candidates for the elections to the Moscow City Duma and for the release of the arrested in “riots”, the authorities cannot yet prove the fact. By the evening of Sunday, Vasiliev was transferred from resuscitation to the "mint" department of the hospital. And on the night of Monday, 48 hours were expired from the moment the director was official - he had to be released. However, Vasiliev’s procedural status remained the same - the suspect. The passport is seized. Vasiliev went home.

So I’ll normalize everything, ”he wrote on Facebook, emphasizing that on July 27 he was detained before the official start of the protest, after which he was kept in the ATS until late at night:“ So even the theoretically incriminated participation in the “riots” is bullshit. ” The director insists that there were no riots in Moscow: “And 12 people are sitting behind bars completely illegally. We must demand their release too! ”

Two days later, Vasiliev was again hospitalized in the 20th hospital in connection with a deterioration in condition.

... On Monday, the Moscow Basmanny Court sent another person involved in the case of "riots" on July 27. He was 20-year-old Valery Kostenok, a member of the Yabloko party, who worked as a volunteer of the election headquarters of his one-party man, an unregistered candidate from Yabloko, Kirill Goncharov. On July 27, he was detained at the Moscow City Hall, he spent two days at the police department, and two weeks later, on August 11, the employees of the Investigative Committee came to Kostenka with a search.

According to him, the visitor began to break out the door, without waiting for the arrival of a lawyer. Then Kostenka was taken for interrogation, where they officially detained.

In court, the lawyer of the 20-year-old Yablooper read out the protocol of his interrogation, according to which Valery admitted that, being “on emotions,” threw two plastic bottles towards the police. He took one from the garbage tank, who threw another person involved in the case towards the police - Yevgeny Kovalenko, and threw it "without a goal to harm the health of a representative of power." He threw the second bottle towards another policeman, she fell into his helmet. At the same time, the bark does not admit that he participated in "riots."

“I think that police officers could not experience pain from my actions. My actions were caused by emotional and unjustified behavior. What I repent of and apologize, ”said the bark in court and asked to choose at least house arrest for him.

But the actions of the police, who three hours before the action on July 27 broke their leg, to the designer Konstantin Konovalov, who had been running at the Moscow City Hall, did not count the investigating committee dangerous. On August 12, the department of Alexander Bastrykin refused Konovalov to initiate a criminal case upon his application. According to the Muscovite himself, the SCs called the “legitimate” actions of the security forces - after all, Konovalov “participated in an inconsistent protest”. And, of course, the UK wrote that the male’s appeal “does not contain any objective information about any committed crime by law enforcement officials”.

Recall that on Konovalov himself, the police drew up a protocol on violation of the rules of the rally (Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

The Investigative Committee is in no hurry to initiate a case against a policeman who, already on a permitted action on August 10, hit a girl in the stomach - journalist Daria Sosnovskaya. The girl has already been hospitalized, doctors in addition diagnosed her with a closed head injury, a concussion and a bruise of soft tissues of the head. The video with the beating of Sosnovskaya has already been published, even representatives of show business were convicted by the police officer, and the UK is not enough courage to at least call him to the “conversation”.

After the detention, Sosnovskaya herself was accused of "violation of the order of the rally." On Tuesday, August 13, the Tagan court of the capital was to consider its administrative case. At the time of signing the number, the decision was not yet made. She was in her clinic, whose doctors for some reason could not give her sick leave for a long time, bewilderedly running from the office to the office, ”said Tatyana Molokanova’s lawyer. Sosnovskaya faces a fine of 10 to 20 thousand rubles or mandatory work for up to 40 hours.

In the evening of the same day, Polikhovich was detained and left until Monday in the Krasnoselsky police department, where lawyer Svetlana Sidorkin was not allowed.

At the trial of Polikhovich, characteristics were announced from various organizations with which he collaborates. Polykhovich himself told in court that the people who detained him "were not employees of the police department, but some operas," and during the detention "they did not say a phrase without a mat."

“I believe that this [use of a mat to them] was permissible - I was outraged by the actions of the police at previous rallies,” Polykhovich said, noting that his speech was respectful in relation to society.

But judge Julia Danilchik expectedly sided with the Moscow police. Her resolution said that Polikhovich made "insulting statements to law enforcement officials, state authorities."

... The Trinity Court of Moscow on Monday fined an unregistered candidate for elections to the Moscow City Duma Lyubov Sobol for 300 thousand rubles. This is the fourth fine to the FBK employee, issued in one month. On August 3, the Shcherbinsky District Court of Moscow also fined sable of 300 thousand rubles, finding guilty of participating in the campaign on Trubnaya Square, although it was detained on the way to the action. And on July 27, the Khamovnican Court of Moscow wrote out a fine of 30 thousand rubles for the action on July 14.

Thus, the total amount of fines issued by Moscow courts increased to 930 thousand rubles.
