After the end of the game "Akhmat" - "Spartak", the president of the Grozny club and the speaker of the Chechen parliament, Magomed Daudov, took the chief referee of the meeting, Alexei Sukhoi, by the elbow and took him to the stadium under the stands.

The press secretary of the head of Chechnya, Alvi Karimov, called the incident a sign of goodwill, respect and intelligence.

“All attempts to present this as some kind of emotional, psychological impact on the judge are untenable, they are not worth a damn.

The video shows the moment when the match ended, and people, and judges, and teams go to the referee's room, team rooms, and so on,” Karimov said.

The head of the refereeing and inspection department of the Russian Football Union (RFU), Alexander Yegorov , said that the control and disciplinary committee would consider this incident.

“No one went into the judges' room. I myself talked with Daudov and he guaranteed me that there were no excesses, that there was no impact. We had both a delegate and an additional commissioner there, no one had any questions. When the stands began to boil, Daudov went down to the field, which he had no right to do. And after the match, in order to protect the referee - God forbid, if they didn’t throw him at him - he went up to him. Thus, I secured him,” Yegorov said.

The match between Akhmat and Spartak, which took place in Grozny last Sunday, ended with a score of 3:1 in favor of the Moscow team. In the second half, the phrase “The referee is a goat!” sounded over the loudspeaker at the stadium. This happened after Sukhoi sent Akhmat player Ablai Mbenga off the field.

Later, the Grozny club reported that Rizvan Edilsultanov, an employee of the Akhmat-Arena press service, shouted an insult at the referee - for this he was fired from his job.
