Why Yegor Zhukov and other defendants “business 212” need to be released

In the history of each country there are bright and shameful pages, and there are intermediate ones - at first everything seems to be beautiful, and then it turns out to be ugly.

An example of such an insidious page is the era of the so -called thaw. It was at this time that the authorities proposed three, as it were, legal formulas of what happened in the 1920s and 1950s in the USSR.

1. Illegally repressed.

2. Rehabilitated posthumously.

3. Lack of corpus delicti.

All three turned out to be toxic for us: they had a subtext, and the law does not tolerate subtexts.

“Illegally repressed” in the thaw language meant: killed, shot, tortured by overwhelming labor in the camp.

“Rehabilitated posthumously” in the thaw language meant: family members may breathe and not be members of the family of “traitors of the Motherland”.

The absence in the actions of the dead “corpus delicti” is also a lie: there was no composition, the very event of a crime was absent.

But these formulas are alive now.

“Think, they beat someone ... They held ten days in prison for nothing ... And so that it was not inconsistent ... But this is not real repressions!”

But these are real repressions: a preventive punishment for an imperfect crime, which exists only in the imagination of the punitive organs themselves.

As these bodies themselves admit, they are sure that citizens can only defend their legal rights guaranteed by the Constitution for the money that foreigners must be paid to them, allegedly dreaming of undermining, dismembering and destroying Russia.

This consideration can be fooled by people, already stupefied by propaganda. Such people, indeed, cannot imagine why, apparently, wealthy people who live much better than the majority of the population of Russia, go to rallies under the threat of loss of freedom, work and health.

The hatred that many citizens could read in the eyes of the so -called security forces is explained very simply: they have authoritatively stated that the crowd on Moscow streets is a sales, presumptuous bastard, which lives for your guys. If it were not for these hipsters and human rights activists, you would have lived much better than now, when for the sake of excess soldering or skirts you have to marry people on the street and listen to accusations of unscrupulousness from some snot. You are all our great story for you, ”the bosses say young policemen, beaten and grabbing people on the streets.

“Yes, guys, we will now violate the law and the constitution a little now, but behind us is the truth of the history and greatness of our people. The spirit is more important than the letter! "

But the story is a letter.

It will not work a little to break the law. It didn’t work out. In their history, everyone lives only once. And the place of Bastrykin and gulls, pamphilovs and patrushevs can no longer erase from those clips of Clio where the names of the organizers of illegal repressions against their own people - the bearer of sovereignty protected by the Constitution.

The use of armed force against civilians in peacetime is not just “abuse of official position”.

This is an action of intimidation of the entire population by beating its part, in other words - terror.

Now the terror is subjected to, among many, a student of the university where I work, is Egor Zhukov.

• The policeman, who grabbed Yegor, knew that he had broken the law and the oath.

• The Investigative Committee knew that Yegor Zhukov was innocent, but started a business against him.

• The judge knows that Yegor Zhukov is innocent. And now she must protect him from terror.

After all, history is not what happened to others in the past, but whether we understand what is happening to us today. And we all understand it the same.

Employees of justice, if you want to protect the history of your country, bring to justice people who unleashed terror against it today, now.

Under the law, they need to give those who ordered the security forces in Moscow the mass unrest in July-August 2019. They failed to provoke disciplined citizens, but it was they who violated the law with the stories and detention of people without any reason.

A fearless and incorruptible muse of history is looking at you, and not a cowardly boss from the office.
