In Sergiev Posad, a protocol was drawn up against blogger Andrei Trofimov on organizing an uncoordinated rally (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) for retweets by Ilya Yashin and Alexei Navalny. this Trofimov himself announced on VKontakte.

As Trofimov told MBKh Media, on July 23 he retweeted Navalny’s post “The main result of the meeting with Ella Pamfilova is that the meeting is not over yet, and the candidates are already calling on everyone to come to the rally on Saturday,” and on July 27, the post of Yashin, who allegedly called join the event promotion on August 3 on Facebook.

Now Trofimov is in court. He is going to apply for a postponement of the meeting, because his lawyer is on a business trip.

UPD 18:47 The Sergiev Posad city court returned the protocol against Trofimov to the police to eliminate the shortcomings.

• On July 27 and August 3 in Moscow, and on August 10 also in forty other cities of Russia, actions were held in support of unregistered candidates for the Moscow City Duma. The actions were accompanied by mass detentions and violence by the security forces.
