Two million rubles were seized from an employee of the FBK, which he received from the sale of an apartment

The Investigative Committee of Russia, during a search in the case of money laundering, seized 2.3 million rubles from the video monitor from the corruption fund, which he received from the sale of the apartment. This was announced by the press secretary of Alexei Navalny Kira Yar in the YouTube Canal "Navalny Live".

They came home to Kolesnikov with a search on August 8. On that day, operational measures in the case of money laundering (Article 174 of the Criminal Code) were held by the employees of the fund Alexander Pomazuev, Evgeny Zamyatin and Vyacheslav Gimadi, as well as in the very office of the FBK.

Yarmysh notes that Kolesnikov does not appear in a criminal case, and the search is connected with the fact that Anna Chekhovich accountant used to live in the room he was rented. During the search, personal items and equipment were seized from Kolesnikov, as well as 2.3 million rubles. This money says Yarmysh, he received from the sale of his apartment in the city of Pushkin.

When Kolesnikov was a search, he showed the investigators documents confirming the receipt of the amount from the sale of the apartment. When asked on what basis the money is seized from him, one of the investigators, according to Yarmysh, said that he "feels that they are related to business."

On February 19, the Basmanny Court of Moscow recognized as legitimate the seizure during a search in the case of laundering money from Vitaly Kolesnikov 2.3 million rubles that he received from the sale of the apartment, MBH Media reports .

“The fact that I have confirming documents does not care about anyone. Like, since the investigator decided, then everything is legal. They seized 2.3 million rubles, a laptop, a phone, a tablet, hard drives and even a notebook, ”Vitaly Kolesnikov’s comment quoted the publication.
