All the argument for raising the retirement age (youth in working age becomes fewer, there are more old people) suggests that the authorities are well aware that they will not get any growth in labor productivity and 30 million Russians of working age from the “garage economy” will not force pension contributions.

Actually, the essence of raising the retirement age is to force marginal (political terms) and deprived of political representation in all Russian authorities 10 million high -paying specialists who honestly pay taxes and give 50% of all fees in the FIU are forced to work longer.
