The police detained the St. Petersburg activist of the movement "AgitRussia" Pavel Ivankin. This is reported by the telegram channel of the movement.
Ivankin was taken to the 21st police department, where an investigator was supposed to come to him to check the materials of the book of records of reports of crimes. Some time later, the detainee was given a summons to appear before the prosecutor's office as part of an administrative case of insult (part 2 of article 5.61 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) for the phrase "Putin is a thief" from the scene of an agreed rally, which took place on July 24.
AgitRossiya activists link Ivankin's detention with the upcoming march on August 17 "Petersburg against United Russia" (the working name of the action).
In addition to Ivankin, the police came to the head of the Beautiful Petersburg movement, Krasimir Vransky.
