On May 31, Ken and staff member Alexander Gonzurevsky came to check the working conditions of employees. Despite the fact that members of the trade union showed official documents to the employees of the kindergarten, the directorate called the riot police and the National Guard. As a result, they were detained, and Gonzurevsky was fined 7,000 rubles under articles on petty hooliganism (Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), violation of the access control (Article 20.17 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and lack of registration (Article 19.15.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
