The court in Arkhangelsk returned to the police a report on the promotion of non-traditional sexual relations

The Oktyabrsky District Court of Arkhangelsk returned for revision to the police a protocol on the promotion of non-traditional sexual relations among minors (Article 6.21 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). An administrative protocol was drawn up in relation to the tenant of the premises occupied by the initiative LGBT group Rakurs in mid-July. This became known from the press release of the Russian LGBT Network.

The court clarified on July 25 that the administrative protocol does not indicate how LGBT literature from the Rakurs premises testifies to propaganda or the imposition of beliefs, it does not show what the illegality of the sessions on psychological support for minors is. In addition, the police made complaints about the images on the walls (in particular, a picture with several kissing couples, same-sex and opposite-sex, and the inscription "Okay").

• At the end of March, the premises of the organization were searched following a complaint by unknown people about propaganda among minors, during which several brochures, business cards, blank questionnaires and disks were confiscated. The complaint against the police actions was not considered.
