On August 19, a stamping of refusal definitions of the appeals of the defendants about “riots” continued in the Moscow City Court on August 19. All without exception are left in a pre -trial detention center. The judges ignore the guarantees and signatures in principle.
On August 19, publicist Yuri Saprykin Sr., publisher Boris Kupriyanov and philanthropist Mitya Aleshkovsky came to support the defendants in court on August 19. The processes were monitored by euro -observers.
Such a stir, however, as last week, was no longer in the Moscow City Court. The excitement was only created by the deceived investors of some pyramid-citizens of 80+. The elderly remembered Stalin’s kind word, which, of course, was not enough for all of us, and complained that such a ruler as he would “not return” anymore. ” And in the next room they left the people who were suitable for their grandchildren, who just did not want Stalin to repeat.
The first to be “filled” with the arrest of the 26-year-old Danil to the fugitive. A small entrepreneur, traded in Lyubertsy furniture. July 27 went to the action. A week later they came for him. A pre -conducted search scared a three -month daughter and a half -year -old son of Danila. Now his wife Diana came to court to characterize her husband and ask to let go - they will disappear without him, he is the only breadwinner in the family. “He fully supports us,” the woman told Judge Anatoly Queen.
Mr. Korolev was indifferent when the lawyer Ilnur Sharapov performed. He noted that at the time of the arrest of the fugitive, the Basmanny court among the evidence was only the testimony of the victim and the “inspection of a certain video”:
"The victim talks about some common things that someone applied violence to him, but does not name the name of the fugitive."
In court, by the way, it turned out that the investigation in the case of Danila fugitive, who was originally accused of “participating in the riots” (part 2 of article 212 of the Criminal Code), July 18, on Sunday, was completed and transferred to the prosecutor's office by the investigator Gabdullin. The accusation Danila was re -qualified on Part 1 of Art. 318 of the Criminal Code (“The use of violence in relation to a representative of the authorities”) and allocated materials in a separate production. He did not admit the guilt, however, under this article.
Unlike other persons involved, whose complaints were considered from the video from the pre -trial detention center, the fugitive was delivered personally. He explained to the judge:
- I still do not understand what happened. On July 27, I was on Sakharov Avenue, went towards the metro, police officers ran up to me, threw it at the car gut, gave it very much on my feet - I took off my beatings, but did not go anywhere.
According to the fugitive, during the action itself he ran up to raise the headphones of the man who was detained by the security forces. After the detention, he himself was first taken to one police department, and then to the Tver police department. The fugitives was released from the department after drawing up an administrative protocol, and a few days later they called back to the police department for drawing up a protocol under another article. The fugitive lawyer agreed that his client would come for this on the morning of August 9. However, on the morning of August 9, the security forces surrounded his house in Mytishchi.
- I am ready to be under house arrest, and let me be hung with bracelets, just do not deprive my father's children. I want to be with my children
- the fugitive said before the judge to go to the deliberative room.
Judge Korolev did not see the grounds for house arrest and left the only breadwinner of the family in the pre -trial detention center at least on October 9.
This decision was the most difficult than everyone was perceived by the elderly mother of the fugitive. After the meeting, leaving the hall, the woman fell to her knees and sobbed. The lawyer tried to raise her and calm her down. But she did not want to hear any words of comfort and asked only one thing - to free her son.
... In the neighboring hall of the Moscow City Court at that time, 36-year-old Sergei Fomin was left behind the bars. Also an individual entrepreneur who worked as a collector at the headquarters of Lyubov Sobol, the 27th he was on stocks and, according to the SK, “directed the actions of other participants, being one of the organizers of the mass riots”. After the promotion, he will be called several times, they will conduct a search, but they will be released, then they will pester his relatives - the same married couple, whose one -year -old child is Fomin, all according to the same version of the UK, allegedly "covered himself up from the cordon." In fact, all the three of them, the prookazovs and Fomin, were heading home. Fomin held his nephew in his arms. Now the spouses of Prokazov are facing the deprivation of parental rights, and Fomin - from 3 to 8 years in prison.

Initially, the SK put Fomin on the wanted list, but three days later he came to give up himself, noting that he was not hiding anywhere. He does not admit his guilt and insists: there were no mass riots on July 27.
Four guarantees for Fomin, who were attached by Judge Larisa Polyakova, including one from the executive director of the Moscow Helsinki group Svetlana Astrakantseva, did not play a role. The judge refused to introduce the petition of Novaya Gazeta for the termination of the criminal case of the “riots”.
Fomin himself, like the fugitive, asked him to let him go under house arrest:
- The state has an unlimited resource to find me. I can promise you that I will not go to an unauthorized rally while the investigation is going on. Only on authorized.
You have cameras, you can track me. If I am not justified, I will have the feeling that there is no fair trial in our country. Are you a judge or who?
The rhetorical question hung in the air, the judge Polyakova retired to the deliberation room and did not find any new decision there - Fomin will remain in custody until at least October 8th.
And at this time
The Investigative Committee did not charge the television agent Dmitry Vasiliev in the case of "riots." He went on the case as a suspect. On Monday, they expired for 9 days from the moment of detention, during which the investigation should have brought the suspect the accusation or release. “On August 19, we were in Technical Lane ( in the building of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation . - Ed.), He was returned to all things and said“ goodbye ”. We asked: whether any investigative actions would be carried out, they answered that they did not have information and sent it home with God, ”said Alexander Zinurov, lawyer Vasilieva. In the coming days, as Vasiliev himself wrote on Facebook, the doctors of the 20th hospital will write him home. The last week he was treated in the endocrinological department. Recall that Vasiliev was detained and placed in the IVS on August 9. Despite the fact that the television agent is the 16th year of diabetes, the investigator of the GSU SK in Moscow, Yakov Omarov, did not allow him to take insulin and the glucometer with him (in social networks they mistakenly write that the investigator Valery Bashayev was selected, this does not correspond to reality). On August 10, Vasiliev was urgently hospitalized due to increasing blood sugar in the intensive care of the 20th hospital. Doctors suspected his brain edema.
On August 20, it became known about the detention of another participant in the action on July 27. On this day, the security forces came early in the morning with a search to Viktor Kirilenko, then they took off for interrogation to the Investigative Committee. At the time of signing the number, the preventive measure was not chosen to him.
