The metropolitan city hall did not agree on the opposition to a new campaign on Academician Sakharov Avenue on Saturday 08.24.2019. The organizers of the rally-concert-the vice-president of the Russian organization of heroes, the State Duma deputy, Unicorn Nikolai Antoshkin and the deputy chairman of the board of the Russian Union of Veterans of Afghanistan, United Russia Peter Petrov, reported that it was the Moscow City Hall that proposed to hold this event on this site.

The day of the Russian flag under Putin has never been among the government holidays beloved by the authorities. Moreover, for example, in 2010, a procession in Moscow on the occasion of the Flag Day was prohibited. Those who nevertheless reached the new Arbat with the Russian tricolor were dispersed, about 20 people were detained, including Leo Ponomarev , Boris Nemtsov and Mikhail Schneider . Lev Ponomarev, the court sentenced administrative arrest for three days for disobedience to the requirements of police officers.

The main reason, to put it mildly, the restrained attitude of the Putin administration to the Day of the Russian flag is that this holiday was established "in honor of the restoration of the historical flag of Russia during the August events of 1991." It is unpleasant to recall these events Putin and his accomplices for many reasons.

Firstly, because as a result of August 1991 there was a collapse of the Soviet Union, which Putin called the greatest geopolitical disaster of the 20th century.

Secondly, then, in August 1991, he lost the State Emergency Committee, that is, those people whose spiritual heirs are the current rulers of Russia.

Thirdly, the fate of Russia in August 1991 was decided by its citizens who did not obey the puffers who relied on the resources of the KGB, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Defense, and went to defense of the White House. Today, this segment of historical memory is trying to erase in every possible way or cover with mud with a lies about the "dashing nineties."

Fourth, in those days something that Putin was most afraid of, namely, the transition to the side of the protest of a part of the security forces: a tank company under the command of Sergei Evdokimov, who went over to the side of Yeltsin, armed cadets of the Orlov, Ryazan, Bryansk, Vladimir, Vologda police schools who arrived to protect the White House, as well as a transition to the side of the opponents The GKChP of several generals, including the commander of the 106th Tula Airborne Division of Alexander Lebed.

Fifthly, this tricolor flag itself, which first appeared under Tsar Alexei Mikhailovich on the first Russian warship "Eagle", was a clear imitation of the Dutch flag in color, since the Dutch were the main organizers and managers of weapons and equipment. Representatives of the Communist Party and other patriotic public are still outraged by the fact that the state flag of Russia is a tricolor, which was used by Vlasov’s army during the Second World War.

So the Kremlin pulled this unloved holiday out of a dusty chest for the only purpose: to cover this flag with a protest. It’s just that nothing else came to mind. Some “stars”, whose speeches are declared, are not aware that they, it turns out, will sing and dance in honor of the State Flag of Russia on the next Saturday. For example, the representative of Timati, whose participation is announced in the concert, said that the singer does not know anything about his performance on Sakharov and in August traditionally goes on vacation. The singer Denis Maidanov on this day plans to sing not in Moscow, but in Vsevolozhsk.

Before the elections to the Moscow City Duma, which, according to the strange whim of public mood, became the reason for the next protest, three Saturdays remained. Most likely, the protest at this stage is going on. The efforts of both the authorities and the organizers of the protest are aimed at this. At the same time, the authorities strangle the protest consciously, and the organizers of the protest drain it involuntarily, as a result of an erroneous strategy. The authorities will block protests, offering to rebel in the pen somewhere in the Gardener market, and more and more oppositionists trying to put into practice the 31st article of the Constitution of the Russian Federation will be pounded with batons and planting for dates of varying degrees of duration.

The organizers of the protest, or rather, the organizer, since the current protest has one organizer - Alexei Navalny, merge the protest. Just as the protest of 2011-2012 was merged. Last time, a protest went into a meaningless and fake whistle of the coordination council of the opposition. This time in an equally meaningless and fake “smart vote”. About why the “smart vote” is pointless and false, many, including me, have been written and said enough. It is pointless to set the main goal of the defeat of "United Russia", which is only one head of the dragon of Putinism. This is a false goal. Fake and immorally call people to vote for any “second”, even if this “second” in their political and moral qualities is worse than United Russia.

Alexey Navalny is a very talented political technologist. The most talented in Russia. But the politician he is unimportant, which proves the death of all coalitions without exception, created with his participation, both on the national-patriotic and on the liberal-democratic flank. The transformation of Navalny into a single non -alternative leader in protest occurred as a result of the connection of three factors. Firstly, as a result of total cleansing by power of the political field. Secondly, due to the unique talent of Navalny himself, the only one who knows how to communicate with youth from the "adult" politicians. And thirdly, thanks to the purposeful, perennial efforts of the “liberal party” and its media, which for a long time praised Navalny, created its cult, blocked a serious conversation about the failures of all protests that took place under the leadership of Navalny.

Putin's regime will not leave without blood. Perhaps there will be a lot of this blood. In order for the victims to be as little as possible, it is necessary that the protest is truly smart. For this, his leadership should become collective. The vertical of power is pointless to contrast the vertical of protest. The Putin regime will be able to destroy only the all-Russian protest based on horizontal connections between the stoves of resistance in the regions, primarily in million-plus cities. This requires restarting protest in Russia, and to begin with a serious conversation about it.
