What happened on the evening of April 14, 2018? Vasily went about his friend Sergei Ivanov, who asked to capture for the company and a cheerful pastime of young acquaintances of the window affairs. The naive Vasya agreed, not even imagining how everything would turn out.

If you believe the investigation, then in the car, Vasily offered the girls marijuana and, smoking them, involved them thereby into an antisocial action. Because then there was a “unique” event: Sergey Ivanov, as it turned out, went on a deal with the investigation. What was this deal? The fact that Ivanov was shamelessly began to put on Vasya, scaring that in which case he would "pull serious people from Glazov." And Sigov turned into the main and only suspect with all the ensuing. In the police department of the Krasnogorsk district, he was not allowed to contact a lawyer and intimidated. “If you do not admit your guilt, then you will be lost in Izhevsk ...”, - the police department threatened, promising to check on a lie detector. Vasily, by the way, was ready to go to such a procedure. Because he did not use drugs in the car and did not drink, as he was driving. Medical examination showed: Sigov is clean. No drugs were found at his house.

By the way, the investigation was in itself with violations. When Vasily and his first lawyer filed a complaint against incorrect, in their opinion, moments, the situation only aggravated. About the lawyer Kudryavtsev, who defended Sigov at the second stage, a little later.

On that day - April 14 - Vasily, who did not follow the girls smoking in the car, because he spent a long time in the garage, personally took them to the houses late in the evening, realizing that they were in an insane state. At the same time, when Vasily Sigova’s mother, Lyubov Vasilievna, went to look into the eyes of the parent of one of the victims, she heard: “I didn’t want to participate in this scam at all, but the investigator told me:“ So it is necessary! ” And here is a quote from the protocol: “The question of a lawyer Kudryavtseva S.V. To the legal representative of one of the victims: on the investigation, you were given instructions regarding the testimony of your daughter? And also about why parents and relatives of Vasily Sigov believe that this case is completely fabricated. Firstly, the personality of Sergei Ivanov raises big questions. Allegedly, he repeatedly passed a witness to various criminal cases. And each time he came out dry out of the water, and “accomplices” were sent to the bunks after his “testimony”. At the same time, he convinced his client not to admit his guilt, as this could affect the possible period of imprisonment for the worse. However, at the end of the court session, Vasily’s parents were one of those who were engaged in the case of their son, as anonymity, said: “It was necessary to admit guilt, he would have received a conditional term.” Didn't the lawyer really know about this? Parents are sure that here it was not without a setup. But speculation and guesses, unfortunately, do not give whists. And how to admit himself guilty of what he did not do ...

It is significant that many lawyers and lawyers who got acquainted with the case said, without hiding: everything is wise with white threads. But there are almost no chances.

However, the parents promised that they wouldn’t just give up. Now they are waiting for a meeting of the Republican Supreme Court. The appeal and complaints were filed, in particular, that medical examinations for drugs in girls were carried out with violations, and later they were also incorrectly interpreted; The fact that the correspondence between Sigov and Ivanov on the social network, in fact, were not taken into account. “Looked sight” and other inconsistencies. But such facts, according to human rights activists, in this case are secondary. Since tests and correspondence are all supposedly lyrics, and the testimonies of “folding calling” girls are a “pistol that outweighs everything”. But parents and lawyer, requiring the case for a new consideration, are ready to go further and get to the European Court at any outcome.

Because in Russia, where the fabrication of criminal cases, unfortunately, has become quite familiar, it is incredibly difficult to achieve the truth. No one is worried about the fate of a little man.
