FBK found an apartment worth 200 million rubles from the head of the Moscow Anti-Corruption Department

The head of the Moscow Department of Regional Security and Anti-Corruption, Vladimir Regnatsky, owns an undeclared apartment with an area of ​​145 square meters, the Anti-Corruption Foundation (FBK) reports , citing an extract from the unified state real estate register.

According to FBK, the apartment owned by the official is located in a building called “Cooper House”, located in Khamovniki. According to the extract, Regnatsky purchased this apartment from Moscow. The cost of the transaction is unknown. The market value of such an apartment is 200 million rubles.

“Purchase from Moscow is a form of donation, a housing subsidy. It is the city that allocates real estate from its balance sheet and distributes it to officials. This is done for a symbolic cost,” investigators note.

FBK emphasizes that the official did not declare this apartment and transferred it to his 75-year-old mother Nadezhda Regnatskaya. Officially, he owns one apartment with an area of ​​88 square meters.

Vladimir Regnatsky, as the head of the department, is responsible for coordinating or not coordinating rallies and ensuring security at them.
