In Krasnodar, Ilya Isaev, a participant in a one-man picket, was detained near the building of the FSB department for the Krasnodar Territory. This is reported by Free Media.

Isaev went to the FSB building with a poster "Former Chekist can only build a zone, not a state." After 10 minutes, the police approached Isaev. The staff told Isaev that he “looks like a drug addict” and took him for a medical examination.

19:50 An hour after the arrest, Isaev was taken for a medical examination. He is accompanied by a lawyer.

20:40 Ilya Isaev was released without drawing up an administrative protocol. The certificate of passing the medical examination was not issued, the tests will be taken to the laboratory. His lawyer said that he would write a complaint to the prosecutor's office: “The freedom of expression is being hindered on far-fetched grounds. In fact, the person was delivered and held for several hours.”
