In St. Petersburg, two young people were detained for a sticker on a police car

Two young men, Andrey Kuzmin and Roman Vlasov, were detained in St. Petersburg for sticking a sticker on a police car. This was reported to OVD-Info by Kuzmin himself.

They were taken to the 28th police department. The police officers have not presented anything to them yet, they demanded to “wait”. One of them was photographed under the threat of staying in the department for a long time.

The detainees have been in the police department for more than 3 hours.

On the sticker of the detainees was the inscription: "City of Demons."

22:55 The young people were released from the police department. Both Kuzmin and Vlasov were fined 500 rubles by the police under the article on petty hooliganism (part 1 of article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This was reported to OVD-Info by Andrey Kuzmin.

The young people were kept in the police department for almost a day. At the same time, according to Kuzmin, they were not fed or given blankets, despite the cold in the room for the detainees.
