Two young men, Andrey Kuzmin and Roman Vlasov, were detained in St. Petersburg for sticking a sticker on a police car. This was reported to OVD-Info by Kuzmin himself.
They were taken to the 28th police department. The police officers have not presented anything to them yet, they demanded to “wait”. One of them was photographed under the threat of staying in the department for a long time.

The young people were kept in the police department for almost a day. At the same time, according to Kuzmin, they were not fed or given blankets, despite the cold in the room for the detainees.
