In Korolev, bailiffs seize property from relatives of traffic participants 14%

In Korolyov, bailiffs seize the property of relatives of Kirill Belousov, a member of the 14% movement. This was reported to OVD-Info by Belousov himself.

According to him, the bailiffs entered the relatives' apartment and rewrite the inventory numbers of the equipment. It is planned to seize it as part of enforcement proceedings. At the same time, the property described by the bailiffs does not belong to Belousov.

The fact that the bailiffs initiated enforcement proceedings, the activist learned only recently. It is connected with a fine of 150 thousand rubles, which was imposed on Belousov for participating in public readings of the Constitution on March 12, 2018.

According to the activist, a few days ago the bailiffs offered him to pay the fine voluntarily, without specifying the exact terms for payment. But already today they came to the apartment of his relatives to confiscate property.

• On March 12, 2018, participants in the 14% movement held public readings of the Constitution on Triumfalnaya Square in Moscow. The police then detained seven protesters. Among the detainees was Belousov, whom the Tverskoy District Court on December 7 fined 150 thousand rubles under the article on repeated violation of the rules for participation in the action (part 8 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
