In the local Bar "Dublin" he met waiter Olga, and two years later the couple opened Belgian Beers Bar with 370 beer varieties in the center of Kazan. In 2015, Olga became the director of the bar, in 2016 they officially entered into a marriage.

I said that I do not want to rush, I want to first make money on business, and then start a joint official life, but it crushed. She already told people that we were married, and for me it was felt as a marriage, I did not need a painting for this. ”

Former wife Gerdi Olga Gordeeva refused to interview, said that the divorce was hard, and threatened her claim for slander. However, her version of events is in police documents. There she said that the reason they made a marriage later than the wedding party was a Belgian pension Gerdi, which he received after his wife’s death and which would lose immediately after registering a second marriage.

In December 2018, Olga and Herdi divorced. According to Gerdi himself and his acquaintances, the divorce was a shock for him. In the bar, Olga and Gerdi worked only together, so when his wife left, the bar greatly sagged in revenue. But a month later, in January 2019, Olga suddenly returned to the bar and offered to talk. We agreed to the point that she was returning to the Bar director again.

The inspired Gerdi rushed to buy her a new engagement ring, but Olga refused him.

On February 1, after a business trip to Belgium, Gerdi found that there was no beer in the bar. Olga replied that she had taken him to the warehouse. On February 3, he returned to the bar - in addition to beer, there was no money at the checkout. Two days later, the police interrogated Olga. She explained that she took out beer to the warehouse to open a large hall for visitors, and withdrew the money for the economic expenses of the bar, to which she had the right as a director. As a result, the police wrote a refusal to initiate a criminal case.

Gerdi later learned that Olga changed the contract with the owner of the building and entered into her recently created company.

And the police informed him that he was looking for the FMS.

Still, deportation

Olga’s father filed a statement that Gerdi violated the rules of stay in the country, since he lives not in Almetyevsk, where he was registered with Olga, but in Kazan.

Gerdi does not speak Russian at all and does not like when they speak Russian with him. He does not understand Russian legislation and practically does not understand the causal connections between the violation and subsequent events.

“I always lived only in Kazan, but after the registry office she made me registration in Almetyevsk from her parents. It was not clear to me, because we work in Kazan, rent an apartment in Kazan. But if I had not been registered with my wife, it would look like a fictitious marriage, but with registration in Almetyevsk, I violated migration legislation. And because of this, I believe that all this has been planned for so long. If I had not made a registration in Almetyevsk, she would say that I haven’t been living with her, the marriage is fictitious, expel him. In any case, I would lose. "

Gerdi was a fine and ordered to register at the place of residence. He went to the Center for Assistance to Foreigners, prepared documents and tried to register, clarifying that the owner of the apartment lives in Germany. They answered him that they could not register without the owner.

Having scared, Gerdi drove into the Nogai Hotel, where he was automatically registered, and went to the lawyer's office directly opposite the hotel. There he hired a lawyer Yuri Lukin from Law & Facts. He managed to appeal on the last day.

According to Lukin, a foreigner came to them that day and asked to help extend the permission to temporarily stay. They agreed to do this, but quickly learned about his conflict with his wife about the company and migration violations. “We urgently take everything for everything, because there are short terms of appeal. We launch the legal procedure for solving the problem and at the same time try to change the directors from his wife to him. ”

At the same time, as a devil from a snuffbox, a friend of Herdie Elisha Yudin arises, who declares that he will help him. Gerdi confirmed this, and when Yudin began to request his documents from Lukin. At some point, Gerdi generally stopped appearing, and instead only Yudin came.

Lukin clarifies that they agreed only to Gerdi and only in migration issues, so from everything that began to happen further, tried to distance themselves and refused to participate.

Another "lawyer"

Elisha Yudin appeared on the horizon on March 7 - after Herdie was given a ban on entry into the country for five years.

“People from the cafe advised, they say, we have a good lawyer, we will talk to him. He came. Firstly, I had to leave the country, and he said: “No, if you leave the country, you will lose a matter against migration, because since you are not here, then you do not protect yourself.” He convinced me to stay in Russia. ”

According to Lukin, Gerdi was told to leave the country, but they did not give out any instructions on the deadlines, and they immediately appealed this ban on entry, so Gerdi had no need to leave anywhere. Although he clarified that the FMS Gerdi was actively looking and said that they would deport if they come across it.

With the advent of Yudin, Gerdi stopped in touch first with Lukin, and then with friends. The lawyer convinced him to tell all his friends that he had left the country, but hide and not lean out. Otherwise, he will be “sent to the hospital and will never find it again”, because in Russia things are being done in this way, and “Olga hunts for him.” Gerdi believed and settled in the hotel room, rented in the name of the assistant Yudin. The lawyer forbade him even to go out for groceries and only came to his “Largus” with dark windows, hid in the back seat and drove to the bank - withdraw money for services and the purchase of building materials to the new bar, which, in spite of everything, decided to open.

Gerdi explains that Yudin obeyed, because in Belgium he was used to trusting his lawyer in everything. Herdie did not know that Yudin was not a lawyer. They did not conclude any contracts, because, as Yudin said, he has such a specificity of work that usually his clients do not deceive, because they may become worse. It is only known about Elisei Yudin that he was the founder and head of several companies in Ulyanovsk: LLC Agency Gilas (liquidated in 2014), Alfa LLC (liquidated in 2013), Glavsenvertorg LLC (liquidated in 2011).

Yudin tells a completely different version of the history of the Belgian. Yudin adds that “he was collected information” and he learned that Gerdi was not a successful businessman in Belgium and landscape design graduated from only two -month courses. Yudin promised to provide documents confirming the words, but at the time of publication did not. For money from the sale of the house, Olga suggested that Gerdi open a bar, in which she was responsible for all the processes, including sheltered beer herself. Olga worked as a waitress, while she studied at the KFU Mehmat. Olga herself refuses to talk, and on the KFU website it was not possible to find a graduate with such data. According to Yudin, they communicate with Olga, since "now general pain."

New Director

On March 12, Pitomvils and Yudin went to the bank, where Gerdi asked to block accounts so that Olga could not withdraw what was still left. And then the money from the account began to leave - according to the signature of Yudin. “I asked him: who translated your words in the bank? - Yudin. "Well, what do you want?" - says friend Gerdi Vladimir Ganevich.

On the same day, the FMS cancel the permission to temporarily accommodate Gerdi. The next day, March 13, Olga was waiting in the bar with lawyers, so that, according to Ganevich, as soon as Gerdi appeared, to call the police and launch the deportation process.

But earlier Gerdi appeared there Lukin, whose office is only a hundred meters from the bar. Lukin showed Olga a paper that she was not the director of the bar for some time. She left with nothing.

According to Gerdi, from the very beginning, Yudin tried to persuade him to appoint him the director for 120 thousand rubles a month, Gerdi refused because he considered this amount too large for a small family bar. Then, according to Gerdi, Yudin faked his signature, went to the tax office, assured the application for amendments to the notary of the notary and amended the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. So on April 5, Yudin became the director of Gerdi.

According to Yudin, Gerdi told him that he had practically no money left, and for the first time lent them from him. Gradually, he began to ask them more often and now owes 1.5 million just like that and another 972 thousand for services. “And then he invited me to become a nominal director-as a guarantee that he would return the money. I agreed, but then he changed the proposal and said: let's be a real director, that is, fulfill the duties in the bar. Since I did not count on this and I don’t understand business, I suggested hiring people to work. ” And he asked for these services 120 thousand. Gerdi agreed and made it the director.

With an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Yudin goes to the bank and from April 15 to 25, 592 thousand withdraws the remaining accounts there. Judging by the discharge from the bank, the money was transferred to the relative and assistant - Yudina N.V. and Merkulov I. I. Yudin claims that this was all to fulfill Herdie's instructions.

On April 26, Gerdi ended the registration through the hotel, Yudin assured him that he had extended everything, and took 20 thousand for it. Gerdi gave the money, because at that time he did not know either about the money bred or the change of director. And he still believed that he and Yudin open the second bar.

Citizen of Uzbekistan

Since the last lessor Gerdi refused to extend the contract with him, he needed to free the premises by April 10. He and Yudin found a new one on Bauman, 42/9, transported things there, and Gerdi began to make repairs to open by May 1.

On April 30, Gerdi worked in the bar until 4 in the morning, and at 6 in the morning he was awakened by Yudin with police officers. He stated that Gerdi is illegal on his property, that he was illegal and he needs to be deported. Gerdi did not understand what was happening, since he believed that he still has registration, and the bar concluded an agreement on the company that he owns.

According to Yudin, he was tired of Gerdi's drunkenness and debts: “I go in, in the room, the bath is torn, Gerdi lies drunk on the couch and says:“ I have depression. ” Then I could not stand it. ”

Gerdi's police became ill, he was called an ambulance. But even before the ambulance, he looked at the case, announced that the documents were not prepared for consideration, and postponed the meeting on May 3.

While he examined all this, the alarm worked, the guard arrived and called Yudin, who this time wrote a statement of penetration, and Gerdi was again taken to the same police department. From April 30 to May 3, Gerdi was in the Vishnevsky police department. On May 3, Judge Galeev again postponed the meeting and Gerdi was released. But he did not understand where to go: it was impossible to go to the bar, but the keys to the rented apartment there. So he settled in the “Art Hotel” and went to the Dublin bar to eat. It was in this bar that he once met Olga. There friends found him and settled in the hotel. In the morning, friends woke up from Gerdi's call: everything was finally taken out of the bar.

Garage

Ganevich came to Gerdi and saw an empty bar with the remains of beer and pizza. The police and the security were already in place, they made the inventory of the property. According to the video from the cameras, the police tracked the route of the truck, which took things out at four entry at night. The road led to underground garages on a neighboring street. The police learned that these were Garages Yudin.

Ganevich hoped that the police right now, in hot pursuit, would reveal everything and get things, but they answered that they would not climb into private property.

“We guarded this garage around the clock for about fifteen days: they did not let Yudin take things out, but he managed to take out a couple of boxes. The next day we received a video of what is in this garage, brought to the police, but she did not react in any way. We ourselves were mistaken then, recorded in Yudin as a director as a director, I still did not know anything, Gerdi said the “manager”, we recorded the director, and the police clung to this “director” and “well, that’s the director, that's all”.

Gerdi estimated the property taken out of the bar at 4.6 million rubles. The police refused to initiate a criminal case against Yudin "for the absence of a crime in his actions."

Yudin replies that Gerdi stole all his personal items and things from the company from the bar and he still does not know where they are. Yudin himself did not write statements about the theft.

The police also refused to institute criminal proceedings on the robbery of Gerdi’s rented apartment, which he could get into the first time after arrest only on May 26.

On May 25, the lawyers of the owners of the apartment Akhmetshin and Gubaidullin met with Yudin and took five sets of Herdie's keys from him. Together with them, Ganevich and the police, he went into the apartment and saw that she was robbed and defeated: things from the balcony were scattered throughout the apartment. The wedding dress of the deceased wife, the watch of the 19th -century great -grandfather and the order of the grandfather for the fight against fascism were also disappeared.

Gerdi estimated the damage in the apartment of 1.3 million, and another 600 thousand were withdrawn from the company's accounts.

Yudin estimates his damage at 1.5 million Gerdi's borrowed money and 972 thousand for the services of a lawyer.

Говорит, что будет плотнее заниматься возбуждением уголовных дел против Юдина о краже имущества из бара и квартиры. В Бельгию возвращаться не хочет: «Я все бросил в Бельгии и собирался жить и вести бизнес здесь. У меня теперь все здесь».
