The fighters of the Russian Guard at rallies want to give out DVRs

The Russian Guard plans to equip employees working at mass events, DVRs. This was told in an interview with TASS, the head of the department, Viktor Zolotov.

According to him, DVRs are planned to be used to fix the situation during service - when ensuring security at mass events, during special operations by units of special forces of riot police, Sobr and military special forces.

The Russian Guard also discusses the draft order on the approval of the badge of the soldier, added Zolotov.

Earlier, a member of the Federation Council Vladimir Lukin introduced a bill to the State Duma obliging the police and employees of the Russian Guard to wear a “well -distinguishable identification number” during the service. This, according to the former Commissioner for Human Rights, serves as an additional guarantee of the protection of citizens from arbitrariness.
