OVD-Info Coordinator reported a new defendant in Moscow case

Another person involved in Moscow Affairs appeared due to the action on July 27, according to unconfirmed reports, he is accused of applying violence to a police officer (Article 318 of the Criminal Code). This was reported by the MBH Media Coordinator of legal assistance "OTD-info" Alla Frolova.

She clarified that a man named Eduard has been in the IVS in the Northern Administrative District for three days. His surname is unknown, there are no other details yet. Frolova also refused to inform where the charges came from.

On July 27, an inconsistent action was held in Moscow in support of unregistered candidates for deputies of the Moscow City Duma. According to the OVD-Info, at least 1373 people were detained on it. After the action, the police opened a criminal case of "riots", according to which 13 people have already been arrested .
