Pskov: The Governor called dumb -headed contractors for poor -quality repair

In the Pskov region, Governor Mikhail Vedernikov called the dull -headed local contractors who made repairs at the expense of the local budget in one of the districts of the city. The official in the official Instagram criticized the work that was carried out for the money of the regional budget.

"Sometimes I really want to open the heading #handling and #stupid!
Sometimes you are amazed at the thoughtless and formal approach of the contractors. <...> So I want to ask, are you morons?! How is it possible? !! ", - wrote Vedernikov.

The governor complained that the contractor during the repair of sidewalks did not carry out the power line and created problems for "mothers with strollers, elderly, people with health restrictions."
