Porsche presented its first electric car

German automaker Porsche has unveiled its first electric car, the Taycan sports sedan.

The novelty is presented in two versions - Taycan Turbo S and Taycan Turbo. The flagship version of the Turbo S accelerates to 100 kilometers per hour in 2.8 seconds, Turbo in 3.2 seconds. The maximum speed of both models is 260 kilometers per hour.

The range of Turbo S is 412 kilometers, Turbo - 450 km. Both models have two electric motors. The capacity of their batteries is 93 kilowatt-hours. For a run of 100 kilometers Turbo and Turbo S, five minutes of charging is enough, the manufacturer claims.

Models are already available for order. The price of Turbo S in Russia is 12.9 million rubles, Turbo - 10.6 million.
