corrected 21:20 The protocols for Memorial were drawn up not in Ingushetia, but in the Roskomnadzor department for the Central Federal District in Moscow, based on materials received from Ingushetia.
Roskomnadzor drew up protocols against the Human Rights Center "Memorial" and the chairman of its Council, Alexander Cherkasov. This was reported on the Memorial website.
As they say in the message, the department of Roskomnadzor for the Central Federal District drew up two protocols under part 2 of article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (dissemination by a foreign agent of information without indicating that this is information from a foreign agent). The reason for this was the materials received on August 7 from the FSB department for the Republic of Ingushetia. According to the FSB, there was no indication on the Facebook page of Memorial's Ingush office that Memorial was included in the register of foreign agents.
