The family of the first deputy mayor of Moscow, Natalya Sergunina, earned more than a billion rubles on the failed development of the Khodynka field. This is stated in the new FBK investigation.
The development project for the Khodynka field has existed since the late 1990s; in its place, it was planned to create a landscape park, an aviation and astronautics museum, and build residential buildings and a school. The official customer of the construction was the Aviapark company, owned by the Department of City Property.
As FBK found out, after Sergunina was appointed curator of the project, the Aviapark company, estimated at 4.3 billion rubles, was transferred through a chain of intermediaries to the Cypriot offshore, which is 33% owned by Sergunina's son-in-law.
I remember the terms. The developer builds his residential buildings for sale, but gives 30% of the area to the city. And also a museum and a school, too, the city, do not forget. Instead of a school - a wasteland. Instead of a museum and an exhibition complex, there is a concrete platform. Well, the developer really gave away 30% of the area. The same firm "Aviapark", in the investment contract, this did not change. Only this Aviapark now belongs not to the city, but to offshore companies, one of which is the family offshore of Sobyanin's deputy Sergunina.
