A resident of Samara was fined for a picture with Putin and a swastika

The Oktyabrsky District Court of Samara fined a local resident Alexander Kruglov a thousand rubles for pictures with a swastika depicting Putin. It is reported by Mediazona.

Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs conducted an audit on the administrative case of Kruglov after the appeal of the vice-governor of the Samara region Yuri Rozhin, the former head of the Samara FSB department. He said that the page of the All-Russian-Communistic-P Bolsheviks, which, "according to the available information", is maintained by Kruglov, contains "an insult to the highest officials of the Russian Federation and the highest legislative body of the state" (Article 319 of the Criminal Code).

During this check, the police found three pictures with a swastika depicting Vladimir Putin, which became the reason for initiating an administrative case under the article on the public display of Nazi paraphernalia (part 1 of article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
