Interview with a member of the PEC Commission No. 1615

In the site No. 1615 in the Petrograd district, on the day of voting, they attacked a member of the commission with the right of the decisive vote of Rodion Poruchikov. There they recorded the stuffing of the ballots-it was supposedly done by a 14-year-old young man.

"Paper" talked about what was happening to the PEC with a member of the commission with the right of deliberate voice Valeria Goryacheva.

- How did the conflict begin?

- A man got hooked on me and began to ask in a very rude form why I was talking as I talk. Then he began to come close, I departed from him, went to the police officer who did not intervene until the very last moment.

- Was the attack on Rodion after this pressure? (As Rodion Zaukhchikov told Paper , the unknown hit him in the face - approx. "Paper.")

- He intervened. And it happened, unfortunately, that the blow fell on him.

“Did the man who pressed you hit him?”

- Yes. He appeared here once again, recently.

- It is known who it is?

- introduced himself as an observer, he was requested a direction - and he disappeared.

- The police did not react in any way?

- The police arrived, Rodion and this man left for the station, they drew up a protocol there. Rodion has returned, and now he should be with an ambulance.

- There was still a stuffing on your site, you just published a video. How did this happen? And was it possible to find out who was this young man?

- No, he disappeared without a trace. I photographed him, he was brought into the room where we have a safe. In the process, it turned out that he was a minor: Rodion asked him how old he was, he replied that he was 14. He did not provide a passport or another identity card.

Then the kipish began with the proceedings who issued these additional ballots, we approached the second table - allegedly from there we gave the ballots. At this time, the young man was taken somewhere-and he disappeared without a trace. At that moment we had a peak, a lot of people, and we did not keep track. A police officer also shrugs.

- Did he have four ballots?

- Yes, four: two for the governors [two for municipal deputies]. The chairman took them from me, said, we will draw up an act that the ballots were issued by mistake.

-Were there any other violations?

- For example, our second urn was put up a couple of hours ago. They are not always allowed to familiarize themselves with lists. They do not always give information about the turnout, although it seems to be. Everything should be drawn up for everything.

- Are you one fighting in violations in this area?
