In the site No. 345 in the Pushkin mountains, members of the election commission worked in a state of intoxication, writes MBH Media. This publication was announced by a member of the commission with the right of deliberate vote Alexei Voronov.

Voronov took off the PEC members on the video. The frames show how they are sitting at a table with snacks and drinks - presumably, vodka. Members of the commission told Voronov that they had a "lunch".

Voronov called the police. An ambulance also arrived at the site for medical examination. However, according to Voronov, after negotiations with the police, the doctors did not conduct a medical examination and left.
