Konovalov wrote on social networks that this year with his family he gathered a good harvest of potatoes and shared the secrets of his beloved pestering recipe.

“There are many methods of cooking, and each of them is correct and tasty, but in our family recipe the most important thing is to add sour cream and salt to grated potatoes so that the pancakes are light and squeeze excess water. Then the pancakes are crispy outside and tender inside. Be sure to add chicken eggs, ”wrote the head of Khakassia in social networks.
