The police drew up a protocol on the bribery of voters in Novosibirsk

The bribery of voters for a candidate from United Russia was discovered at the newspaper in the Novosibirsk City Council. The police went to the place and drew up a protocol.

Four men offered voters money for the vote given for the candidate from United Russia at the division to the Novosibirsk City Council Pavel Cherneshov. He added that the men at first offered voters at 500 rubles per voice, then the bet decreased to 200 rubles. Danilov provided Taiga.info video of a conversation with a man who, according to him, offered money for a voice.

The police arrived in the place, they interviewed Danilov and drew up an administrative protocol, Taiga.info correspondent reports from the scene. The PEC member could not clarify the article on which the protocol was drawn up. The Code of Administrative Offenses for the bribery of voters provides for liability under Art. 5.16, according to it, citizens face up to 25 thousand rubles of a fine, legal entities - up to 500 thousand rubles.

Information about the bribery for the candidate from the "EP" in section No. 1608 was confirmed by Taiga.info and the deputy of the Legislative Assembly from the Communist Party Roman Yakovlev. He added that they were offered to vote for money on the electrical elements on section No. 1598 in the Palace of Culture named after Gorky.

The press service of the regional Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs could not comment on the situation. In the city election commission Taiga.info, they said that the territorial commission did not have information about the incident and promised to clarify the information later.
