The OTI director explained Deriglazov's dismissal by the need to appoint a more qualified staff member to this position.

Whether Alexander Deriglazov will have the opportunity to fully work at SUSU is not clear. The management of the university told the publication that there were no layoffs in the department where the teacher works. However, Deriglazov said that his rate was being lowered:

Partially, I was transferred part-time to SUSU. This, as I understand it, is a translation with the desire that I write a letter of resignation [of my own free will] and leave. Because part-time how to live? I was just not told before [about the lack of work]. I really understood that yes, most likely, it would be so. The workload for the next year is given in May-June, distributed - and no one said that there was no work for me, that there would be only part-time work. No, I received it literally in August. In fact. And then I got 0.7 rates, and then suddenly on the last day before the beginning of September - 0.5 rates. And why? There is no justification. Transferred to another teacher - that's all. And this is explained very easily - that we do not have a set, there is a reduction, and I get into this business. I simply do not have a single point on which I could make any claims. The only thing was that I was offered to write an application for a part-time transfer. I won't do that because I don't want to go part-time. And what the administration will do, well, we'll see.

Alexander Deriglazov has already started looking for a new job.
