"Not an election, but a crime." In St. Petersburg, voices are rewritten in favor of "EP"

The election commissions of St. Petersburg of some municipalities have not yet reported the results of the elections. Instead, they began to massively recalculate the ballots. As a result, candidates from United Russia, who, after the first counting, did not gain the right number of votes for passing to the municipal council, won by pushing the opposition candidates to the last places.

On September 8, the governor and deputies of municipalities were held in St. Petersburg. Municipal elections, as well as governor, hold election commissions, which, at the end of the vote, must enter data to the GAS "Elections". According to the law, the election commissions have three days from the date of the end of the vote, but, as a rule, it takes about 12 hours to summarize the results.

Electoral commissions quickly reported the results of the voting for the governor, but are in no hurry to summarize the municipal elections. Some election commission count the voices allegedly due to complaints, other IKMOs do not enter the data into the GAS "Elections", speaking of some kind of error.

Exceptions to the elections in St. Petersburg were the election commission of several municipal formations. For example, it took the election commission of the Smolninskoye Moscow Region for more than a day to start entering data into GAS "Elections". According to Olga Pokrovskaya , a member of the city election commission from Yabloko, the results of voting in Smolninsky began to be entered late in the evening of September 9. "The election room did not comment on why the data was not entered immediately after the count," she says.

The procedure was not observed

In the district "Yekaterinhof", the Admiralteysky district worked two district commissions that held municipal elections. One of them did not consider the ballots during the day, says Alexander Shurshev, a candidate for the Mundudes and the head of the St. Petersburg headquarters of Navalny.

According to him, the ballots from one polling station were taken away in an unknown direction, and then it was in this district that candidates from United Russia gained the most votes. Shurshev is sure that the ballots were replaced. "The vote counting procedure was not just violated, but not at all observed. There was a break, the ballots were taken out of the site. The results of this site are very different from the data in the district," he explains.

The second election commission of the same district on September 9 began to recall voting. The candidate from United Russia wrote a complaint to the election commission, after which the election commander began to re -consider the vote. Prior to recalculation to the municipal council, a candidate from Yabloko Polina Kostyleva took place. After - the majority of the votes turned out to be United Russia.

Another example is the election commission No. 256 of the Shuvalovo-Ozerki MO Vyborg district. The candidate for municipal deputies Nikolai Gromov told Sever. Reali that after the first counting of the ballots in the municipal council, four opposition candidates were held, and the united Russia Ilyas Galyautdinov had 184 votes.

The election commission after a day stated that they received a complaint, and the vote should be counted. After the recount, it turned out that 507 local residents allegedly voted for Galyautdinov. Moreover, 70-80 people voted in other districts for the candidate. According to Gromov, the commission does not explain why there was such a large gap between the two calculations. According to Gromov, the ballots in the municipal elections were forged. “In each municipality of the Vyborgsky district of St. Petersburg, one election commission did not summarize the election results. Perhaps it is there that the data in favor of candidates from United Russia,” he does not doubt.

Siyalov took place in the municipal council, gaining 108 votes. But only eight votes were brought to the GAS "Elections"

In the Krasnogvardeisky district in the MO "Porchovy" 100 votes were lost by civil activist Ilya Siyalov. Activist Marianna Alferova said that after counting the votes on September 8, Siyalov took place in the municipal council, gaining 108 votes. But on the morning of September 9, the election commission entered only eight votes to the GAS "Elections". According to Alferova, on the new protocol, two candidates from United Russia added 40 and 50 votes. Alferova said that the election commission "wrote off from her" Voices in favor of "United Russia" ( i.e., wrote off the voices from some united Russians in favor of other United Russia - SR ).

The opposition candidates say that they decided to recalculate in the Vasileostrovsky district, where in some municipalities, the majority of votes received candidates from Fair Russia. The recalculations were reported in Nevsky, resort and other areas of St. Petersburg.

"Funny elections"

After numerous complaints of candidates for municipal deputies for falsification when counting the votes, the city election commission said that in some municipalities the results could be cancel. Although the day before, the head of GIK Viktor Minenko told reporters that there were no grounds for canceling the results of municipal elections in St. Petersburg.

Andrei Pivovarov, the head of the United Democrats movement, believes that candidates should not trust the words of Minenko. In his opinion, the Gorizbirk "will not do anything and, in general, failed the elections."

This is not an election, but one big crime

The head of the St. Petersburg headquarters of Navalny, Alexander Shurshev, is also sure that the Gorizbirk is unlikely to cancel the results of the vote in several municipalities. He recalled that during the election campaign, "all higher commissions made a lot of statements," but no one was realized. “This is not an election, but one big crime, whose witnesses we are all. I saw a lot of elections, but I do not remember that there was such a massive recalculation,” Shurshev is indignant.

Olga Pokrovskaya, a member of the Gorizbarkom from Yabloko, believes that the situation with the elections in St. Petersburg is more like banditry. “You can take a bag from a person and give him in the face, or you can take away faith in the future and faith in his country and at the same time not to apply physical injuries to him, but to cause moral injury that can remain with his life,” says Pokrovskaya. “Moreover, those people who are most repeated about patriotism.”
