Two participants in the spontaneous protest were condemned in Ulan-Ude

The Soviet court of Ulan-Ude appointed Blogger Dmitry Bairov for violation of the order of the organization of a mass event (Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), as well as a fine of 1 thousand rubles to Alexei Ihiritov, assistant to the deputy of the People’s Khural, for disobedience to the police officer (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This was reported by the publication "Taiga.info".

Bairov and Ihitov was detained on the Square Square on the evening of September 10, when the unknown in masks was broken with axes of the windows in activists.

Ichitov was found guilty under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the legal requirement of the police officer). He refused to remove fingerprints on which the police insisted due to his passport, the words of the lawyer Ichitov reports the “MBH Media”.

As the words of eyewitnesses Taiga.info reports, to a court meeting under Art. 20.2 Code of Administrative Offenses did not let the audience go to Bairov, among whom was the ex-candidate for the mayors of Ulan-Ude Vyacheslav Markhaev, as well as the journalist of Novaya Gazeta Victoria Mikish. Bayrov has a bandage on his neck: he diagnosed a fracture of the first vertebra. On September 12, he was appointed two more meetings on administrative cases, under Art. 19.3 Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the demand of a police officer) and Art. 20.1 Code of Administrative Offenses (petty hooliganism).

• Earlier, the Soviet District Court of Ulan-Ude fined the deputy of the People’s Khural Buryatia Bair Tsyrenov for 15 thousand rubles for participating in the protest rally (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
• On September 9, a spontaneous folk gathering began in Ulan-Ude. The reason for the protest was the detention of the supporters of the shaman Alexander Gabyshev, who has been going to Moscow for several months to expel Putin. Later, the deputy of the People’s Khural Bair Tsyrenov and the senator from the Irkutsk region Vyacheslav Markhaev, who lost the election of the head of the city, joined the protesters. Marchaev said he refused to recognize the results of the vote.
