Eduard Malyshevsky spent the whole youth in prison, after liberation he believed in the “Father of the Absolute” and the need to send love to space, settled down and went to work in Moscow. On July 27, he went to the rally of the city hall - there he was detained and now accused of squeezing out a carrier -free window at a policeman who experienced pain from this (part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code). Malyshevsky admits that he began to kick the window when he saw how the police were hitting two women - but he insists that the glass did not fall on one of them, but was neatly put to the ground. "Mediazona" tells its amazing story.
Alfiya Sabirzyanova from Izhevsk met her future civil husband Eduard Malyshevsky in 2006. At that time, the 34-year-old man was several years older than her and was serving the fourth term for theft in one of the Udmurt colony, where Sabirzyanova worked for some time a prison doctor. After dismissal, she continued to correspond with him.
Eduard Malyshevsky, who was born in the village in Alma-Ata region of the Kazakh USSR, grew up without a mother, and from his father, according to Sabirzyanova, received attention only when "something would do something." “From adolescence, he was such a somewhat aggressive, warlike comrade. It seemed to him that the world was unfair, that it is cruel, that in order to get [something], it is necessary to take some actions, not necessarily legal, ”she says.
The first time for the theft of Edward was detained at 18, says Alfiya. After the guilt, he was released on a recognizance not to leave, and having consulted with his father, the young man went a hitchhiking to the territory of Russia. There, after a while, Malyshevsky was in Udmurtia. “He actually had no choice there-it was the 90s, he is a physically developed young man in an illegal position, not interested in registering somewhere, so he immediately got into crime,” says Sabirzyanova. A new sentence followed the release at UDO, then more and more.
In 2010, Malyshevsky got out of a conclusion, where he spent a total of ten years, and moved to Sabirzyanova to Izhevsk. She recalls how this 185-centimeter man who weighed only 58 kilograms after leaving the colony and received serious problems with the lungs there, made her a promise never to commit crimes again. Together they began to educate the children of Sabirzyanova - now for boys ten and nine years old.
Malyshevsky, who had studied at the cook before the first criminal record, loved to cook all over his family and train his sons at the stadium - after liberation, he himself, according to Sabirzanova, seriously went in for sports. Eduard’s criminal past, a woman assures, practically did not make herself felt about herself - except that sometimes, for example, when the name of her father, who served in the Soviet police, popped up in a conversation, Eduard could unflatterly speak out of his colleagues.
“I always stopped this - everywhere there are different people. She said that it was unpleasant for me. He agreed - and among prisoners there are different people - not all criminals are inveterate scum. There are people with the concepts of what is called. And in the same way, police officers, a lot of decent people, ”recalls Alfia.
The former prisoner clutched for any work, primarily related to repairs, but the situation was complicated by the lack of citizenship and passport - after the collapse of the USSR, the born in modern Kazakhstan and almost all the time, who had not been in prison Malyshevsky did not receive new citizenship.
In 2013, the whole family moved to Nizhnekamsk for a short while. There, Sabirzyanov recalls, Eduard got acquainted with the followers of the “Revelation” movement ” - probably we are talking about adherents of the movement“ for statehood and spiritual revival of Holy Russia ”by Leonid Maslov. Twelve volumes of Maslov’s books “Revelations to people of the new century” are recognized as extremist materials.
“He was still a little divorced from life, so he very easily believed in this movement,” Sabirzyanova explains. -To many, of course, such a vision will seem strange-and to me too, although God can be everywhere-but they believe that he is talking to them somehow via the Internet. They call him the "father of the Absolute." And they believe that this highest mind communicates with them through the so -called catrains - these are messages in the form of poems that are published on their website. Twice a day, they mentally, within themselves, gather for the so -called "messages" - they send love to the space that is generated in their hearts, and believe that they change the whole world in this way. "
Eduard Malyshevsky managed to receive a passport of a Russian citizen only in 2018. In the same fall, he went to earn money in Moscow, recalls the wife: “In Udmurtia is still with work, especially with such, for people without education, everything is very difficult, so he, like everyone else, went to the capital. For the first time, such an opportunity appeared with a passport, to leave the territory of the region - he was very happy about this. ”
In the capital, Malyshevsky took up the decoration of apartments. He regularly sent money to the family and, as it seemed to Alfiy Sabirzyanova, devoted all his time to work - in any case, each of her calls forced Edward for repair. Nevertheless, during the year, to his few VKontakte subscriptions, entirely devoted to the "Absolute" and spiritual searches, publicist Maxim Shevchenko and politics Gennady Gudkov were added.

On July 27, when one of the largest protests was held in Moscow, Malyshevsky sent his wife a photograph from the autozacus, in which he was along with other detainees. “Then he called back. I understand that he purposefully went to this rally, but did not devote me to it so that I would not be worried. He simply said to me: “You don’t worry about me, nothing will happen to me, I was allegedly detained for hooliganism, nobody needs me,” Sabirzyanova explains.
The Tver District Court considered the administrative protocol drawn up against Malyshevsky, two days after the rally - July 29. According to the court order, the man, being at 18:00 at the Moscow City Hall, “behaved aggressively, shouted loudly, expressed with obscene abuse, waving his hands”; “The police did not respond to the repeated demands of the police to stop their illegal actions,” because of which they tried to put Malyshevsky to the car carrier, but met resistance.
The man allegedly began to rest his feet and hands on the body, pushing the policemen from himself, and even tried to leave the bus through the back door, "knocking out a window with a metal fence" and "damaging the door of service transport." He "did not react to the remarks of the police, shouted offensive words."
Eduard Malyshevsky himself at the meeting said that he only watched how the security forces did not miss the protesters to the city hall, after which he was detained; In the window, another person beat the window in Avtosak. Nevertheless, the court agreed with the protocol and appointed 13 days of administrative arrest to the detainee.
From the special receiver, Alfiya Sabirzyanova recalls, her husband called her every day: “He said that everything was in order - it seemed that he was simply detained with everyone, and soon would be released. He also said all the time: “But I met such people here that I don’t even regret it, these are people here!” I was in some euphoria. I associated this with the fact that he was coming soon-that because of him he was so optimistic about this. ”
The young man, who was serving administrative arrest in the same cell with Malyshevsky and asked not to indicate his name, tells that he practically did not spread about the reasons for the detention - from the conversations, the cellmate only realized that he was very outraged by the use of violence to women from the police and began to beat the window to attract their attention. But the man spoke about spiritual practices without silent.
“It was amazing to me that the person who has served so much in life did not change this experience in the bad side. He was goodwill itself, his energy beat with a key, and it was clear how he wanted to share this energy, ”recalls the interlocutor of the“ mediazones ”. - He talked a lot about transerfing, and there is such a thing as pendulums , what message you will send to the universe, then he will return to you. And even speaking about the authorities, to which he, of course, is critical, he still spoke only in a positive way that he was not going to spoil anything. <...>. Of course, it is strange that he is such an esoteric and pagan, but there is a certain charm in this. He made the impression of an absolutely adequate person. ”
Malyshevsky left the special detention center on August 9. According to Sabirzyanova, he continued to live in a rented apartment in Moscow and work on orders for the decoration of apartments: "Apparently, it is very naive, but he did not feel any danger."
On August 30, Alfiy Sabirzyanova, Uncle Malyshevsky, who was living in the capital, called in the capital (he asked not to name his name) and said that Eduard was again detained: this time in a criminal case on the use of violence against a representative of the authorities (part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code).
The case was opened on the eve of the repeated detention of Malyshevsky. However, it follows from the materials of the case that on August 12, three days after Eduard’s special receiver, investigating the Moscow Case, investigator Alexander Zaybenko from the Main Directorate of the IC of Russia wrote out a subscription to the Udmurt city of Mozhga in the name of Malyshevsky - the man lived in it from 2010 to 2013. At the same time, the investigator did not even take a painting from him about the notice of the election of a preventive measure and on the same day announced on the All -Russian wanted list.
After that, investigators of the GSU of the IC of Russia began to collect materials for the accusation of Malyshevsky under Article 318 of the Criminal Code. On August 22, they drew up a protocol of inspection of a 12-minute operational video, which was led by one of the security forces. According to the document, it shows how police officers lead a man “Slavic nationality, medium height, medium physique, with brown hair, in a light shirt, dark shorts, with sunscreen on the forehead”, and put him into a gab car.

At the same time, the protesters are trying to break through the metal fences, the video inspection says, which is why two policemen run up to them in complete uniforms-helmets and body armor. One of them is located next to the autozak at that time, “as unexpectedly at the police bus from the right side, glass flies out of the window located in the rear part, which enters the senior sergeant, hitting it in the head and right shoulder on the tangent, and falls on the protesters”, after which the leg is shown in beige shoes and dark shorts.
Soon after the preparation of this protocol, two policeman witnesses-employees of the 2nd operational regiment of the police of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow Anton Osipov and Ivan Shupilov-were identified in a man in the bright shirt of Malyshevsky. The first recalled that he was “most aggressively configured” and “tried to break through the cordon”, “namely, he began to push the metal barriers.”
“This man behaved extremely aggressively. So much so that he stood out greatly from the other crowd, despite the fact that the crowd itself also behaved not at all peacefully. [When he ended up in Avtosak, I saw how he] knocked out the rear lateral glass, which falls right on one of the police officers holding metal barriers, hitting him on the right shoulder and head, ”the police officer Osipov said.
His colleague Shupilov said that he tried to insert the glass that had fallen into the opening, but he realized that he could not do it without a special tool, and put it on the bus. “It was obvious that the named employee felt physical pain from this. <...> This man could not help but understand that this heavy glass would fall on one of the police officers, ”the fighters of the 2nd opera regiment gave identical testimonies.
The victim himself-the 24-year-old commander of the first company of the fourth battalion of the 2nd operational regiment of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Moscow Dmitry Astafyev-said that at about 14:30 he was next to the bus, preventing the breakthrough of the protesters when "he heard a roar and felt a blow to the head and on the right shoulder."
“At the time of the blow, I was in a protective helmet and was with my back to the bus, since all the attention was on the crowd, actively trying to break through the fence. However, feeling the blows, I immediately turned around and saw that the window was knocked out from the right side, and it was partially on me and in the hands of the protesters who were trying to move it to us. <...> I managed to see that the detainee knocked out the glass with his foot. <...> Through the broken window, he continued to shout wildly and try to kick any of the police officers. It was obvious that its goal is precisely the use of violence in relation to the police. <...> He shouted that the police are fascists, ”the victim’s interrogation report said.
Injuries, said Astafyev, he did not receive “only because of what was in personal protective equipment; A blow on the shoulder, he admitted, walked only by tangent.

During interrogations, Malyshevsky himself refused to testify, explaining only that he considered the incident of an administrative offense. On August 30, he was attracted as the accused - in the decision, the investigator twice indicated that the glass weighed five kilograms - and on the same day was detained; The victim did not appear at the meeting. In court, Malyshevsky, according to the protocol, said that he had no "evil intent."
Now the interests of the arrested are represented by the lawyer of the Agora human rights group Alexander Aldaev. On September 11, he visited his principal in a pre -trial detention center.
According to the defender, Malyshevsky said that he began to kick the glass when he saw how the police were hitting two women, and decided to protect them. At the same time, Malyshevsky is sure: the victim could not experience any pain, because as soon as the car was staggering, one of the police officers, noting that it was about to fall, grabbed it and put it on the ground.
The investigator, according to the lawyer, specially attached only screenshots from the video from the incident made on the camera’s camera - to make out what is actually happening with glass on these frames; You can see only how it hangs over the police and protesters.
“The investigation has a complete record, but I think, in the interests of further prosecution, investigators will try not to provide this entry in full, limiting themselves only to the description for the protocol and screenshots. My client claims that this moment, when the glass fell, was removed at least three people - it attracted attention with screaming and sounds of blows. We hope that we will be able to find the authors of these records - this shooting would provide significant assistance to protection, ”explains lawyer Aldaev.
Malyshevsky’s wife laughs that because of an accidental campaign to the rally, he was not able to fulfill his promise not to get into criminal stories: “It would be better to change everything through his“ Absolute ”. I told him when he was in a special reception: “Well, if you believe it all, if God is so fair, if everything goes through the father of the Almighty, why do you then try to change everything through the rallies, through some mass performances?” And he replies that little, it’s not enough only to think so good and good-you also need to take some real actions. ”
