After the businessman was released on parole, lawyer Olensky told him about a non-existent criminal case about the deliberate bankruptcy of a fish factory in Primorsko-Akhtarsk, where Isaev held the position of director. The lawyer said that they were going to arrest him again, but for 30 million rubles he and Gnativ could “settle the situation.” In reality, they could not influence the investigation - Dmitry Gnativ resigned.

Yuri Isaev wrote a statement to the FSB, and his actions were under the control of the department. During the search, the ex-investigator found 175 thousand rubles, which, according to the investigation, lawyer Olensky received from Isaev.
