Pavel Lobkov to leave Dozhd TV channel

Journalist Pavel Lobkov will leave the Dozhd TV channel. The channel's editor-in-chief Alexandra Perepelova wrote about this on her Facebook page.

The program “Burden of News”, which was hosted by Lobkov, will be closed.

According to Vedomosti sources, Lobkov has an offer from Gazprom-Media to work on the Internet projects of the Pyatnitsa channel. The journalist himself declined to comment.

Updated : Friday has confirmed that Lobkov will be doing a scientific and educational project on the channel.

• Pavel Lobkov is one of Dozhd's most famous journalists. He came to the channel in 2012 after being fired from NTV.
