A protest participant in Buryatia was arrested on three administrative cases

The Soviet District Court of Ulan-Ude arrested a protester Dmitry Bairov under three articles of administrative offenses. It is reported by TASS with reference to the website of the court.

Earlier it was already reported that Bairov was arrested for five days under the article on organizing an uncoordinated event (2nd part of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). In addition, the court arrested him for five days under the article on petty hooliganism (1st part of article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and for five days under the article on disobedience to the lawful demands of police officers (article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

OVD-Info lawyers explain that in such cases, the term of serving a sentence in each of the cases begins to run simultaneously with the unserved part of the term of arrest in another case. In other words, since the last ruling was issued on September 12, in total Bairov will have to spend no more than six days in custody.

• On September 9, a spontaneous people's gathering began in Ulan-Ude. The reason for the protest was the detention of supporters of the shaman Alexander Gabyshev, who has been walking to Moscow for several months to expel Putin, as well as the results of local elections. The police brutally detain the protesters.
