In early September, the taxi driver and video blogger Dmitry Bairov was one of those who met in Buryatia Alexander Gabyshev, a shaman, who has been walking from Yakutia to Moscow for several months to “expel the demon” - President Vladimir Putin. The meeting with the Shaman warrior and the events of several days spent with him, Bairov broadcast live on his YouTube channel “Republic of Buryatia”. Each video lasts about an hour, Bairov supports the shaman for his target, and actively says.

Dmitry Bairov calls himself "the leader of illegal taxi drivers." He was one of the organizers of the protest actions of taxi drivers in Ulan-Ude with a demand to cancel the mandatory yellow color for cars.

It was a local protest against the Yandex.Taxi and Maxim aggregators who came to the region. The protesters achieved their own: the obligatory yellow color was canceled. And Dmitry Bairov became a famous person in the city not only among taxi drivers. He drives a car with a large inscription "Bair", walks in the same name T -shirt and leads streams in YouTube.

Residents of Ulan-Ude organized a fundraiser and bought Gabyshev "Gazelle" for the team. But on the night of September 6 to 7, before the day of the city, police officers seized the minibus, justifying this by checking the theft. The driver, Igor Konoshanov, was arrested for 13 days on charges of disobedience to the requirements of the police officer. Also, Peter Dondukov, who previously headed Navalny’s headquarters in Ulan-Ude, fell under arrest.

On Sunday, September 8, elections of the city mayor were held in Ulan-Ude. The main opponents were: self -nominated Igor Shutenkov, supported by the United Russia Party, and the Candidate of the Communist Party - Senator Vyacheslav Markhaev, who previously publicly criticized the actions of the Russian Guard when dispersing rallies in Moscow. The first won with 52% of the vote, the second received 37% with a reality of 32%.

Last Monday during the day on the Square of the Soviets during the press conference of the newly elected mayor Dmitry Bairov, on the air of the YouTube channel, went to Igor Shutenkov and began to ask loudly about the arrested driver from the team of the Shaman warrior. For several minutes he shouted and demanded an answer, then went into his car and led a stream from it for several hours. Nearby were police officers.

Bairov asked people to come to the square and said that a public outcry was needed so that supporters of the shaman would be released.

At about seven o'clock in the evening, people began to approach and stood in the square until one in the morning. Their number changed from 100 to 200 people.

Gradually, they began to say that they voted for Markhaev, that the voting results were falsified and it was necessary to demand re -election. At about eight in the evening, representatives of the Communist Party of the Communist Party arrived at the square along with Vyacheslav Markhaev and deputy of the People’s Khural Bair Tsyrenov. People shouted: "We are power here!" And "Return the city to people!" (The campaign posters of the selected mayor Igor Shutenkov were also with the slogan "Return the city of people"). Several people remained in the square for the whole night, on duty on the bus.

On Tuesday at eight in the morning, unknown people attacked a car in which the deputy of the People’s Khural from the Communist Party Bair Tsyrenov was sitting. The next day in court, he said:

“At eight in the morning, people in the form of policemen beat me, tried to push the UAZ to the gray car without identification marks, beat those who defended me with batons. At 8 o’clock in 9 minutes in the morning I called the “102” number, introduced myself as a deputy, said that unknown persons tried to abduct my life and health, and asked me to notify the prosecutor's office. Then I called the duty prosecutor personally. And still no reaction of the police. ”

About three o’clock in the afternoon of Tuesday, when 20 or 30 people gathered in the square, employees of the Russian Guard appeared. At this time, Dmitry Bairov, Bair Tsyrenov and Alexei Ikhiritov sat in the Communist Party of the Communist Party. During the trial, a senator, the loser of the mayor, candidate from the Communist Party of the Communist Party, Vyacheslav Markhaev sat next to Bair Tsyrenov. Tsyrenov’s lawyer Sergei Fedorov raised the question of the people who detained his client.

Nina Avrutina, Deputy Head of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Republic of Buryatia, answered this:

“These are employees of special forces of the National Guard forces, and if I disclose their personal data, I will violate the federal law.”

Judge Natalya Matveeva found Bair Tsyrenova guilty of participating in an inconsistent rally and set a fine of 15 thousand rubles.

The next was judged by Alexei Ikhitov, a member of the Communist Party. The meeting lasted more than three hours. Initially, Ihiritov was charged with an article on a violation of public order, then - disobedience to the requirements of a police officer. Ikhitov was fined 1000 rubles. Leaving the court building, he said: “I believe that I should justify me, because there was no composition in my actions. The meeting lasted a very long time, because police officers could not explain on what basis I was delivered. ”

The third meeting on this day began after the official end of the trial of the court. The taxi driver and video blogger Dmitry Bairov was delivered from the hospital in a civilian car. At about seven in the evening, a man gathered near the court - comrades Dmitry, journalists and listeners who wanted to get to the meeting room. But the courts of the court were closed. Police officers blocked the entrance. People began to demand that they were allowed to go inside, but the police said that the trial time was over and tried to close the door.

Several employees of the Russian Guard arrived in bulletproof vests and helmets, stood between the police and citizens and began to push people out of the door of the court. “Because we, Siberians, patient,” the woman supported him, “plus we are too naive: we believe for a long time, we think that power is for the people.”

At this time, Dmitry Bairov was awarded five days of arrest under an article on violation of the procedure for organizing a mass event (Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The next morning - twice another five days: for disobedience to the police officer and for petty hooliganism. At the trial, Dmitry was in the same T -shirt with the inscription "Bair" and with a bandage around his neck. After the trial, he was called an ambulance, but she did not hospitalize him.

"They just sat on the bus, and suddenly a sharp storm"

At the beginning of the first hour of the morning from Wednesday to Thursday on Square Square near the bus, there were still ten people. It was raining, it was cold. All detainees refused to call their names and provide passports before the arrival of a lawyer. The next day, on Thursday evening, the Investigative Committee of Buryatia announced the initiation of a criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Application of violence in relation to a representative of the authorities"). The unnamed participant in the inconsistent rally is accused of

“He sprayed the aerosol from the gas spray in the face of an employee of the Russian Guard, causing the representative of the power of the corneal of the cornea of ​​the eye.”

The first lawyer arrived at about three in the morning. At half past five, lawyer Sergei Fedorov arrived, who defended Tsyrenov and Ikhitov on the eve.

At about five in the morning, an order of the newly elected mayor of Ulan-Ude Igor Shutenkov appeared in connection with the preparation of events dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Soviet-Mongolian troops on the Khalkhin-Gol River to ensure the installation of road blocks on the Square Square and prohibit the movement and parking of cars there. Lawyer Sergei Fedorov said that he saw this document only on the phone of the police:

“There were no warnings, there was nothing like this,” says Bair Tsyrenov, deputy of the People’s Khural, who was also detained. - There were people on the bus who simply talked, and for this reason I considered it possible to approach there, because I do not want to give me an administrative article again. “We were surrounded, panic began,” says Bair Tsyrenov, “no one even had a performance that something was happening outside, they just sat on the bus, and suddenly a sharp storm, pulled everyone out.

They broke the glass of the front door of the bus. Just as in the afternoon, there were those who were in the helmet and in uniform, there were those who were in civilian clothes and balaclavas. And the fact that 17 detainees write is not true, there were 15 detainees. And two are most likely provocateurs. Two came in just before the assault. ”

In the police department, the detainees spent from four to six o’clock. They said that police officers tried to forbid them to use phones and shoot on camera, and sometimes they shot the video. One of the detained women became bad, according to her, she suffered a stroke a month ago. She was called an ambulance. The detainees said that, being in the police department, they looked at each other with wariness, since they realized that one of the sitting on the bus was not in the police station.

On Saturday, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Buryatia reported that, on suspicion of spraying the spray, 29-year-old Dmitry Kharaev was detained in the face of an employee of the Russian Guard.

"Political crisis"

In a group in Viber, where they are discussing what is happening in Ulan-Ude, 10 thousand people consist. At first it was called "Sasha Shaman", then they renamed the "Free people!" According to the rules of the group, “Pooputin and Prosedrosovskaya propaganda” is prohibited, “any statements against Alexander Gabyshev and his ideas” are prohibited.
