Sergey Mitrokhin, Evgeny Bunimovich, Daria Besedina and Maxim Kruglov, during a press conference, marked the front of the work of the faction in the Moscow City Duma. The priority task voiced by Maxim Kruglov was a change in the political system, the demand to release political prisoners: “The local problems of the city fades into the background, when the fate of young people are currently breaking. Muscovites who protest against systematic falsifications against the deprivation of the right to choose, against the pressure of the authorities have every reason to express this protest in peaceful forms. And the political repressions with which the power replied to this should stop. ”
In addition to the general political claim, utilitarian proposals were also announced. Among them, the introduction of real civil control over the power structures of Moscow, as well as a ban on transferring the forces of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Rosgvradia from other subjects of the Federation to the capital. As well as the initiation of judicial reform, the first steps in which should be: deprivation of the chairmen of the courts of influence on the appointment and removal of judges and the distribution of cases between them, the rotation of the chairmen of the courts, the establishment of the rules for the distribution of cases between judges for lots, the election of some judges by the population and on the proposal of professional public organizations.

In addition, Kruglov declares the need to reform the capital's parliament, in particular, a change in the legislation on elections to the Moscow City Duma, expanding the number of deputies up to 110 and endowing them with real, and not formal powers.
Most of the election program of Daria Besedina was devoted to the competent arrangement and accessibility of the city. But she also began her performance with the main problem declared by the faction: “The first word that I want to say is freedom. Freedom is not only for those who are now passing or already convicted of articles about riots. But freedom in a broader sense: freedom to say what we consider necessary, freedom of print, freedom of speech, freedom of thought. This freedom is now at risk. As deputies of the Moscow City Duma, we take the obligation to protect this freedom. ”

Sergei Mitrokhin reassured his voters: the real problems of Moscow will also not be left without attention. The program to preserve the appearance and iconic places of the capital will be implemented. In addition, the deputy promised to open public receptions in order to establish feedback with voters.

When asked how the faction will interact with the Communist Party deputies who have published a statement against political repression, Evgeny Bunimovich answered concisely: “We will interact with all the deputies who will support our demands, it doesn’t matter what faction they will be. Grigory Yavlinsky announced this several months ago. In the same way, I will support the adequate proposals of the deputies of United Russia, I will not insist that twice two six only then to argue with them. The only point that confuses me is like people who carry flowers on certain days to the grave of Stalin, which is a symbol of political repression, now declare their inadmissibility. It is unlikely that we will be able to solidarize completely, in certain matters - yes, in fundamental - no. ”
