The Sovetsky District Court of Ulan-Ude arrested blogger Dmitry Bairov for another 10 days, MBKh Media reports , citing Bair Tsyrenov, deputy of the People's Khural of Buryatia.

This time, Bairov was accused of non-payment of alimony (part 1 of article 5.35.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This is his fourth arrest article in the last week, the blogger was taken to court directly from the detention center.

• On September 12, Dmitry Bairov was already charged with three administrative articles after participating in a national gathering for the re-election of the mayor of Ulan-Ude. He was arrested for five days under the article on organizing an uncoordinated event (2nd part of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), for five days under the article on petty hooliganism (1st part of article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and for five days under the article on disobedience to the lawful demands of police officers (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
• Protests in Buryatia began on September 9 over the detention of supporters of the shaman Alexander Gabyshev, who has been walking to Moscow for several months to oust Putin. The protesters were joined by those dissatisfied with the election results. Three protesters have already been punished under administrative articles.
