Two administrative affairs against the girl reading the constitution on protests are terminated

The Commission on Minors of the Voskresensky District terminated two administrative cases against activist Olga Misik, who is known for going to protest promotions with the Constitution. It is reported on Twitter as lawyer Tatyana Solomina.

In total, 3 protocols were drawn up for MISIK: under the article on the participation in an inconsistent event that entailed the creation of interference with infrastructure (part 6.1 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), for march on June 12 and two protocols for re -violation of the rules of the event (part 8 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) for shares on July 27 and August 3.

Cases on re -violation protocols were terminated for the absence of the composition of the offense, since earlier Misik was not held accountable, and the meeting on the first protocol was postponed to October 1.

“... The legal literacy of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs goes off-the 8th part is sculpted by unfamped protocols,” commented Tatyana Solomina, lawyer from the OVD-Info.

• In the center of Moscow on June 12, a march was held against the factory of criminal cases, in particular, in support of the Medusa correspondent Ivan Golunov, who was thrown by drugs. According to the ATS-Info, at least 530 people were detained on the march. Of these, minors are at least 20 people.
• During the protests in Moscow on July 27, 1373 people were detained in support of independent candidates in the Moscow City Duma, according to the ATS-Info. At least 265 detainees spent the night in the police departments.
• The action “Return the right to elections” took place on August 3 and passed through the entire Boulevard Ring in Moscow. According to the ATS-Info, on this day at least 1001 people were detained. SC employees came to the detainees to the police departments and interrogated them in the case of “riots” on July 27.
