An inventory of property was carried out in the Simferopol Cathedral of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine

In Simferopol, representatives of the Russian Ministry of Property and Land Relations came to the Cathedral of Vladimir and Olga of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine (OCU) with an inventory of property. The inventory was carried out with gross violations, Clement noted:

They came without permission, without bailiffs, without anyone. They no longer reckon with anyone, not even with the church. They did not explain their actions.

The archbishop clarified that there was only one employee in the cathedral who could not resist the illegal inventory.

The Russian authorities in Crimea are trying to get the Crimean diocese to terminate any agreements with the Orthodox Church of Ukraine, including the lease of liturgical premises.
