On the evening of September 17, a rally for honest elections was held on Lenin Square - the first mass rally after the voting on September 8th. Up to a thousand people came to protest against violations in the elections of the governor and municipal deputies. Five of them told the “paper” , as Petersburg is seen under the leadership of Alexander Beglov and whether they believe that the opposition has achieved success in the municipal elections.
- I first came to speak out against political repression. I can’t be silent, it's chaos. Pavel Ustinov was for no reason for 3.5 years, before that Kotov is Kotov. Silent in this situation is cowardice.
All these landings are related to elections and rallies [for fair elections]. The authorities are trying to intimidate us. I want to show that we are not afraid.
I was a member of the commission with the right of advisory vote at the PEC No. 255. On my site, thank God, there were no falsifications at all. But I know that there were a lot of them in neighboring areas: stuffing, carousels. In my opinion, this is a violent seizure of power.
Representatives of the authorities arranged all these falsifications , because they have a “feeder” there. They just won’t get away. But my personal opinion is that all these meetings and rallies will not help.
I am in two ways to the results of municipal elections. On the one hand, the victories of opposition candidates are, of course, success, including the success of “ smart voting ”. On the other hand, this is the legitimization of the current government.
Under the leadership of Beglov with St. Petersburg, there can be anything, but definitely nothing good. Now winter will begin - and we will again wallow in snowdrifts, people will again die from icicles. And they will still steal money-in general, the same thing that has been stretching for 20 years. Nothing is understood. Beglov is a systemic person, a friend of Putin.
- Most of all I was outraged by the booth in the municipal elections - this is terrible. And the police do not react to this at all. The bodies that must protect the law are involved in maintaining lawlessness. It seems to me that this time in terms of violations there was something beyond. Well, in Moscow, at the same time, something was happening behind the line.
The authorities believe that everything is possible, because people are silent in our bulk. They took a pension from people - they are silent. This is happening in the elections - they are silent. I can't be silent. Because vile, disgusting, vile. As far as I can, I am not so silent.
Beglov, like Poltavchenko, will continue to kill the city: the situation with the Pulkovo observatorium, terrible improvement, destruction of parks, widespread buildings.
Maybe the success of opposition candidates in municipal elections will give some positive changes. Now municipalities are bandits in its purest form.
- I stole a victory (Anastasia - self -nominated in the MO “Finland District” - approx. “Papers” ). At the 523rd PEC, I was a leader with a margin of three voices. Since this was the last section on which the counting was held, the deputies of United Russia realized that they were losing their place in the council and initiated a recalculation. As a result, their candidate received nine additional votes and overtook me, receiving a place in the council of the Finland District.
I did a lot to achieve this victory. I myself live in this district, friends, neighbors voted for me. She carried out campaigning, went home, talked with a huge number of people. And when you enter politics, without knowing anything about it, everything is very difficult.
Plus, I still have a baby. I need to devote a lot of time to her. But I could not help but try to change something-for the sake of her future.
I believe that the opposition has achieved success in the municipal elections. A “smart vote” worked - I personally became convinced of this during the counting of votes in one of the sites.
I think that these new deputies will not look at all problems from a height, but as citizens, as the inhabitants of their area. When you do something for yourself, you cannot do it badly. And those who have been sitting there for many years probably think differently. They already have a blurry look, they do not know what people need. As a mother, I say that in our district there are very few infrastructure for children.
It is very uncomfortable for me to realize that such a person as Beglov controls an entire city. Probably, there are shallow people behind him, and they are unlikely to be able to do something fundamentally not suitable for local residents. But it will not be much better.
Yesterday I filed a lawsuit, I will defend my victory. When there will be a decision in my favor, then I will begin to act in the status of a deputy. Now I have an understanding of how to act as a citizen, how to defend my rights.
- This weekend [on the poster] is not mine, for the poster I took information from GAS "Elections". I was a member of the commission with the right of advisory vote at the PEC No. 2119. This is also Frunze district.
On our site, too, there was a huge number of voting at home - 16 %. I specifically looked as it was in the past elections. At the presidential in 2018 - 3.5 %. In 2014-less than 1 %. At us, on WIK, the commission also refused to accept violations, but basically they did everything they wanted to vote. In the end, even in the counting, they didn’t need to falsify anything.
Candidates from the Growth Party were very popular in our area. They [representatives of United Russia] were frightened that these candidates would be able to pass. If you take our site, then the homeless vote gave 83 votes. And the candidate, who gained the largest number of votes, only 214 of them. That is, a third of the vote could only be added in this way and easily make an outsider as a leader.
I think that more opposition deputies should have been selected in the municipalities. In our area in all districts, candidates from the “Growth Party” were supposed to win, but they won only in one - MO No. 72.
I think the victory of Beglov is bad in that he is a functionary of United Russia. He, in my opinion, is a representative of a criminal organization who usurp power. And act, I think, he will be in the interests of this organization.
- I was outraged by the lack of freedom in these elections. In my municipality in the Kalinin district there were falsifications during calculations, some voice was taken from some, they gave them to the other.
I think that the candidates [from United Russia] were afraid that if someone one of them crashes, others would fly behind him. Roughly speaking, they covered each other's asses.
I think the result of opposition candidates can be called success. Even if one or two independent persons fell into the municipal council, this is already a success.
My voice in the elections was generally stolen. I came, and my name is already marked in the list [as voted]. I tried to find out how this happened, but the commission did not help me.
